PUTTING HIS MONEY WHERE OBAMA’S ELIGIBILITY IS:  The billionaire showman has long suspected that Obama is lying about his past and that he is not eligible to hold the office of president.  Now, Donald Trump is offering a monstrous reward for disclosure of Obama’s educational and travel records from the 1980’s which may show who, what, when, where and how the democratic presidential candidate was able to afford, enroll in and graduate from two of America’s prestigious institutions while traveling to foreign countries unfriendly to U.S. citizens at the same time.

NEW YORK, NY – A recent internet video by Donald Trump in which the billionaire real-estate magnate says he will give $5 million to charity if Barack Obama will release his college and passport records from the 1980s may have also been intended as a veiled message to would-be whistle-blowers and Obama supporters alike to come forth with documented information they may have about Obama’s past and to apply pressure on Obama to submit to the ongoing requests for his biographical information.

Given the state of the American economy under Obama, Trump feels there are many who would be happy to take the risk for five million dollars if Obama fails to meet the offer.

Moreover, in the wake of what appears to be a calculated plot on the part of the Obama administration to hide the truth about a recent terrorist attack on the American consulate in Benghazi, Libya, in which it now appears U.S. Ambassador, Chris Stevens was murdered by terrorists in retaliation for the death of Osama Bin Laden, Trump is betting the mainstream media are beginning to follow the lead of independent citizen-media websites and finally acknowledging the depth of Obama’s capacity to lie about anything when the truth does not serve his political interests, including his own eligibility to hold the office.

For more than a year and a half, so-called journalists in the mainstream media have accepted at face value the presentation by Barack Obama of a digital image of his alleged 1961 Certificate of Live Birth as evidence proving his legitimacy to hold the office of president.  However, now that same media is selectively refusing to believe the claims by the same fraudulently installed  administration that an internet video incited riots by offended Muslims resulting in the murder of four Americans in Libya.

In July, 2012, Maricopa County Sheriff, Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case law enforcement team presented compelling evidence discovered throughout a 10-month investigation showing that the digital image of Obama’s alleged 1961 long form Certificate of Live Birth was a counterfeited fraud bearing no legal merit to prove Obama’s citizenship or identity.  They also proved the image of Obama’s selective service registration was a fraud based on inconsistencies in the alleged date received stamp and the conflicting date which the document was allegedly signed by Obama.

Following the investigation, Trump began questioning the credibility of Obama’s records once again. 

Then, former libertarian vice presidential candidate and former Columbia alum, Wayne Allen Root, said he never saw Obama in any of the Political Science classes he would have attended with Root if he had actually been there at that time.  Root says he had interview hundreds of his classmates and found no one who could remember seeing Obama in their classes from January 1982 until March of 1983.  

Despite the Obama administration’s insidious capacity to lie about the circumstances involving the murder of four Americans, some in the mainstream media remain irrationally and stubbornly reluctant to accept that it could possibly lie about Obama’s identity.

“The media has looked ridiculous for five years,” says TDP editor, Penbrook Johannson, “because they are only willing to see the lies in the events which they ignorantly consider as ‘above ground’ in their business model.”

Johannson blames the lack of diligence on the part of the media on a lack of moral decency.  He says the media has resigned itself to a set of moral standards which make criminal activity permissible when it protects political interests and voter favorability.

He continued, “The issue of Obama’s eligibility was libelously ridiculed by a few degenerates of the pro-Obama horde, then as the sentiment infected a complicit social architecture in the media, major networks and cable news soon capitulated when they realized that investigating Obama’s eligibility might reveal apocalyptic and destructive evidence to their own business model.  They realized they couldn’t make money off it so they shoved it ‘under-ground’ where sites like WND and us took it over.”

Johannson concludes, “Unfortunately, it's going to require a collective effort on the part of powerful men like Trump to rid this nation of liars and despots in our government.  The willful circumvention of the Constitution’s eligibility mandate by an intentionally deceptive candidate will eventually have the most destructive consequences greater than any terrorist attack or war in American history.  Our sovereignty has now been revealed as vulnerable throughout the world and it has been advertised to all corners of the globe that America is open to despotism and tyranny from all-comers.  All they have to do is apply as a Democrat party candidate and accuse anyone who challenges their candidacy of being racists…and the propaganda agents of the liberal mainstream press will use its power not to protect the people but actually help the caliphate take over this nation from within.  Eventually, a point of no return will be crossed where the patriots of God will once again bear arms under their Constitution and, as our blood ransomed history has persistently proven, will violently prevail over those liars and tyrants.”

Donald Trump understands a complicit American media establishment is willing to embrace the conspiracy theory that the Obama Administration would engage a massive deception to cover-up evidence in the murder of four Americans in Benghazi but, yet refuse to look into evidence discovered through a 10-month law enforcement investigation that Obama has engaged an even larger deception to hide evidence about his eligibility to hold the office of president.  He took credit for forcing Obama to post a counterfeit version of a birth certificate in 2011.

Requests for Obama’s personal records have been prompted by chronic suspicions that he is not eligible to hold the office of president because he has presented no evidence that he is a natural born citizen of the U.S.  These suspicions have evolved from Obama’s lack of transparency and his failure to disclose what the majority of Americans consider to be common records everyone else must present with any application to a job.  More than 2 million Americans have signed petitions demanding Obama to present his records.

In the video, the master-marketer Trump goads at Obama for his lack of transparency as doubts about Obama’s real identity and citizenship have circulated internet media sites for more than five years.

"I have a deal for the president; a deal that I don't believe he can refuse and I hope he doesn't," Trump said in the YouTube video released at noon on Wednesday.

"If Barack Obama opens up and gives his college records and applications and if he gives his passport applications and records, I will give to a charity of his choice… a check, immediately, for $5 million," said Trump, who was famously dubbed "Sideshow Don" on the front page of the Daily News in April 2011.

The Donald, as he is nicknamed, told reporters on Wednesday that he has already gotten a "tremendous response" to his offer.

"I think it's a positive thing, and I really think it could very positive for the President if he releases the documents I request.  Positive for the President, the country and the charity."

As reported by Kristen Lee of the NY Daily News, Trump, a vocal supporter of the so-called “birther” movement, was one of the loudest voices pressing Obama to release his long-form birth certificate last year.

When the White House complied, Trump still wasn't satisfied. He's since suggested that Obama's college records would show that he listed a foreign birthplace on applications. Some conservatives have also questioned whether the president benefitted from affirmative action at Columbia University.

The Donald — who began his offer by calling Obama "the least transparent President in the history of this country" — said releasing the college and passport records "will end the question, and indeed the anger, of many Americans."

"This is something that's so easy to do, that will give a tremendous amount of money for a charity," he told the News.

Trump has been teasing his offer since Monday, when he told “Fox & Friends” he would announce "something very, very big concerning the President of the United States."

On Wednesday, he claimed he will be "totally satisfied" if Obama releases the college and passport documents, although he added the vague stipulation that the records must be provided "to my satisfaction."

The immediate response by White House senior adviser David Plouffe indicated that Obama is unlikely to agree to Trump's terms. Plouffe told reporters to direct questions about the offer to Mitt Romney’s headquarters — suggesting that the Obama camp will use Trump’s offer to tie the GOP candidate to the controversial businessman.

"Direct those questions to Boston because Donald Trump is Mitt Romney's biggest supporter, so he owns everything he says," Plouffe told reporters, according to Politico.

Trump gave the president a one-week deadline. He said the records must be turned over by 5:00 p.m. on Oct. 31.

This petition seeks the release of ALL VITAL RECORDS pertaining to Barack Hussein Obama II, which are in the possession of the Hawaii Government, or any office or agency thereof, and all government records pertaining to the public statements of Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawai’i Department of Health, in regard to the original vital records of the same.

While the full text of the petition explains all the reasons justifying the release, these can be briefly summarized as follows:

1) The people of the United States have the right to know who their president is, and to see all government documents which pertain to his citizenship status and/or which are relevant to answer the question as to whether he is, or is not, eligible to hold the office of U.S. President.

2) There is a reasonable basis to doubt the citizenship status and eligibility status of Obama, on account of:

a) his claim of a British subject as his father: to wit, Barrack Hussein Obama, Senior;

b) his refusal to disclose his birth certificate;

c) the insistence of his political supporters on the sufficiency of an online electronic image of a Hawaii Certification of Live Birth; which image was never recognized by Hawaii.

d) the equivocal statements of Dr. Fukino regarding Obama’s “birth certificate,” in the singular, and his “original vital records,” in the plural;

e) the nonsensical statement of Dr. Fukino, M.D., in declaring Obama a “natural-born American citizen,” since in U.S. law there is no such thing as an “American” citizen, and since according to the Supreme Court of the United States, unless Obama’s father was a U.S. citizen, he could not be a “natural-born” Citizen, in the legal sense of this term! (The medical sense means born by a natural birthing method).

3) There is reasonable basis to urge the disclosure of his vital records, on grounds that:

a) he has disclosed publicly an electronic image of his purported Hawaii Certification of Live Birth; therefore, he can have no reasonable basis to claim that his privacy would be violated by disclosure of his original vital records, UNLESS the electronic image does not faithfully reproduce the information on them;

b) there is a compelling State interest in the disclosure, since concealment in a matter in which the public is aware of the discrepancies of the claims of Obama regarding his origins and eligibility for office, co-involves the State of Hawaii in the appearance of impropriety and conspiracy against the People of the United States of America.

Dear Esteemed Officials of the State of Hawai’i,

I am quite certain that you are aware that there is widespread public concern as to whether or not Barack Hussein Obama II is eligible to serve as President in accordance with Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution, which requires that the president-elect be a “natural born Citizen” of the United States of America.

You may not be aware, however, that 4 Supreme Court Decisions have authoritatively explained that those born of two U.S. Citizens, on U.S. soil, are “natural born Citizens” [cf. The Venus, 12 U.S. 8 Cranch 253 253 (1814); Shanks v. Dupont, 28 U.S. 3 Pet. 242 242 (1830); Minor v. Happersett, 88 U.S. 162 (1875); United States v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649 (1898).] In fact, the Supreme Court of the United States has never admitted the use of this term to describe the citizenship of any other category of citizen.

Barack Obama, however, claims as his father, Barrack Obama, Sr., a man who was a Citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies in 1961. He makes this claim in his book, Dreams from My Father, and via the release of an electronic image of a Hawaii Certification of Live Birth. If such is the case, he cannot legitimately hold the U.S. Presidency.

As I am sure you will readily admit, it is patently absurd for the United States of America and its citizens to rely upon electronic images of alleged government documents, while the general public is refused an opportunity to inspect such documents. Such a manner of acting violates all that America represents and everything which our Founding Fathers fought and died for in the American Revolution. We are a nation of the people, by the people, and for the people. Our government by nature must be open and transparent.

The State of Hawai’i echoes this long tradition of freedom when in its Uniform Information Practices Act it states (92F-2):

…the people are vested with the ultimate decision-making power. Government agencies exist to aid the people in the formation and conduct of public policy. Opening up the government processes to public scrutiny and participation is the only viable and reasonable method of protecting the public’s interest. Therefore the legislature declares that it is the policy of this State that the formation and conduct of public policy—the discussions, deliberations, decisions, and action of government agencies—shall be conducted as openly as possible.

WHEREFORE, being that upon entering the office which you presently hold, you swore: “that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the State of Hawaii, and that I will faithfully discharge my duties…to best of my ability” (Hawai’i Constitution Article XVI, Section 4); and,

WHEREAS, the Hawai’i Constitution in its Preamble declares: “We reaffirm our belief in a government of the people, by the people and for the people, and with an understanding and compassionate heart toward all the peoples of the earth”; and,

WHEREAS, the Constitution of the United States of America imposes in Article II, section i, paragraph 5, the absolute requirement of being a “natural born Citizen” of the United States, in order to hold the Office of the U.S. Presidency; and,

WHEREAS, four Supreme Court decisions have defined that a “natural born” citizen is one born of two U.S. citizen parents, on U.S. soil (cf. see above), it having never defined or used the term to signify any another class of citizenship; and,

WHEREAS, Barack Hussein Obama II, in releasing an electronic image of what purports to be a Hawaii Certification of Live Birth, issued in 2007; has (1) claimed a British subject as a father, and (2) waived all right to oppose the disclosure of the originals on the grounds that such a disclosure would be “a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy”[92F-13(1)]; and,

WHEREAS, on July 27, 2009, Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Director of the Hawai’i Department of Health, publicly admitted that said department has in its possession “the original vital records of Barack Hussein Obama” — even though for nearly all U.S. Citizens there is only one original vital record — and furthermore since at the same time she claimed that he was a “natural-born American citizen” — a statement which seemingly both contradicts his claim that his father was Barrack Hussein Obama, Sr., and which does not specify his actual nationality, in a manner consistent with the terminology of 8 U.S. Code § 1401; and,

WHEREAS, the Hawai’i Uniform Information Practices Act specifies in 92-F-12 that “each agency shall make available for public inspection and duplication … information collected and maintained for the purpose of making information available to the general public” (subsections 1 & 15), such as is the above mentioned press release of Dr. Fukino.

HENCE, as the above constitutes both a reasonable basis for doubt as to the citizenship status of Barack Hussein Obama II, in a matter touching the national security of these United States of America, and a reasonable basis to demand and allow for the disclosure of his vital records by the State;

And WHEREAS, inaction by Hawaii State officials in disclosing these original vital records contributes to the growth of suspicions, doubts, and a weakening of the legitimacy of the State and Federal government; and,

WHEREAS the defense of the legitimacy of these institutions is a sufficiently compelling State interest (cf. Hawai’i Constitution, Article I, Section 6) overriding Obama’s rights to privacy in this matter;

THEREFORE,

We, the undersigned, demand in the name of an open and transparent government, accountable to the people it serves, that the State of Hawaii release ALL VITAL RECORDS, which pertain to the individual known as “Barack Hussein Obama II,” and ALL government documents pertaining to the preparation of the public statements made by Dr. Fukino in regard to the same, which are in possession of any State government office or agency, registry, or held by any governmental officer (such as the State Attorney General) or representative, whether these be original, amended, modified, or otherwise, and that such a release,

(1) Be publicly announced,

(2) Provide the general public the opportunity to personally view the originals under conditions which would guarantee their safety and protection,

(3) Include an independent verification of the authenticity of the documents,

(4) Be done immediately, that is, within the next 30 days, or as soon as possible, and

(5) Be effected by whatever legal or administrative means are necessary, whether by order of the State Governor, the Director of the Department of Health, or by a special enactment of the State Legislature, or by whatever other effective means.

Who is Barack Obama?... And What is He Hiding?... The Obama Mystery Continues

Researchers have discovered that Obama’s autobiographical books are little more than PR stunts, as they have little to do with the actual events of his life. The fact is we know less about President Obama than perhaps any other president in American history and much of this is due to actual efforts to hide his record. Most Americans don’t realize we have 'elected' a president whom we know very little about.

A nation-wide network of researchers has sprung up to attempt to fill in the blanks, but at every opportunity Obama’s high-priced lawyers have built walls around various records or simply made them disappear. It is estimated that Obama’s legal team has now spent well over $1.4 million dollars blocking access to documents every American should have access to. The question is why would he spend so much money to do this?

The president who campaigned for a more “open government” and “full disclosure” will not unseal his medical records, his school records, his birth records or his passport records. He will not release his Harvard records, his Columbia College records, or his Occidental College records—he will not even release his Columbia College thesis. All his legislative records from the Illinois State Senate are missing and he claims his scheduling records during those State Senate years are lost as well. In addition, no one can find his school records for the elite K-12 college prep school, Punahou School, he attended in Hawaii.

What is he hiding? Well, for starters, some of these records will shed light on his citizenship and birth.

For example, Obama’s application to Punahou School – now mysteriously missing – would likely contain a birth certificate. And, according to attorney Gary Kreep, “his Occidental College records are important as they may show he attended there as a foreign exchange student.” Indeed, Obama used his Indonesian name “Barry Soetoro” while attending Occidental. Kreep has filed lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility to be president and as part of his lawsuit he requested Obama’s records from Occidental. However, Obama’s lawyers quickly moved to stop Occidental from honoring this request.

Furthermore, now that at least three document authentication experts have declared the scanned “Certificate of Live Birth” Obama’s campaign team gave to a pro-Obama website to be an obvious phony; we know that he is hiding something here as well.

Over 49 separate law suits have been filed on the eligibility/birth certificate issue alone, with several of the suits making it all the way the United States Supreme Court, only to be denied a full hearing.

What’s more, there are questions about how he paid for his Harvard Law School education since, despite a claim by Michele Obama, no one has produced any evidence that he received student loans. The Obamas will not release any student loan details despite repeated requests from the Chicago Tribune.

However, it appears that his Harvard education may have been paid for by a foreign source. Khalid Al-Mansour, an advisor to Saudi prince Al-Walid bin Talah, told Manhattan Borough president, Percy Sutton, that he was raising money for Obama’s Harvard tuition. Incidentally, Prince Tala is the largest donor to CAIR, a Muslim group declared by the U.S. Government in 2007 as an unindicted co-conspirator in a terrorist financing trial.

At least three of CAIR’s leaders have been indicted for terrorist activities. Al-Mansour’s admission opens up speculation as to whether Muslim interests have assisted Obama’s career in the hope he would eventually be in a position someday to promote their interests.

More recently, it was discovered that Obama’s Selective Service card may have been doctored. Federal law requires all American males to register for the Selective Service (the draft) in case a major war broke out.

Blogger Debbie Schlussel has discovered solid evidence that Obama’s Selective Service registration form was submitted not when he was younger as required, but rather in 2008 and then altered to look older. Indeed, the forgers forgot to alter the “Document Location Number” which shows that it is clearly a 2008 form.

This is fraud and it’s a felony and Schlussel allegations are backed up by Stephen Coffman, a former high-ranking Federal agent. Moreover, the document shows a September 4th, 1980 date and the location of the transaction as Hawaii, but at that time Obama was thousands of miles away attending Occidental College in Los Angeles.

The real reason why Obama probably did not submit this form as a teenager is that he assumed his Kenyan or Indonesian citizenship exempted him from this requirement. But clearly, as he grew older and entered politics, he saw that any documents revealing a foreign birth – Selective Service registration, birth certificate, school applications, etc – would be problematic if he ran for the presidency. Thus, it is not a coincidence that every document which contains information about his birth or citizenship is either missing, sealed, or has been altered.

Indeed, everywhere one looks into Obama’s background, we find sealed records, scrubbed websites, altered documents, deception and unanswered questions. Can anyone imagine for a second if John McCain or George Bush had blocked access to his school, medical, and birth records? It would have been headlines but as with everything else concerning Obama, the media has given him a pass on this.

Of all these marvels, the latest mystery and probably most perplexing is that of Obama’s social security number. It appears that Obama has multiple identities in term of possessing numerous social security numbers.

Orly Taitz, an attorney who has filed numerous suits against Obama regarding his eligibility to serve as president, appears to be the first to discover this. In her suit, representing a number of military officers who are refusing to serve under an ineligible commander in chief, she hired private investigator Neil Sankey to conduct research on Obama’s prior addresses and Social Society numbers. Using Intelius, Lexis Nexis, Choice Point and other public records, Sankey found around 25 Social Security numbers connected with Obama’s name.

However, it may not be as many as 25, since Sankey also searched using closely related names such as: “Barak Obama,” “Batock Obama,” “Barok Obama,” and “Barrack Obama.” There may very well be some Kenyans living in America with the same last name and a similar first name.

In any case, I will exclude these records for the purpose of this research and focus only on names spelled exactly like his name. Moreover, we can verify many of the Social Security numbers as valid since they’re connected to addresses at which we know Obama resided. Needless to say, there are also a slew of address and social security numbers connected to addresses in states that Obama has no known connection to.

In Obama’s home state, Illinois, Sankey tracked down 16 different addresses for a Barack Obama or a Barack H. Obama, of which all are addresses he was known to have lived at. Two Social Security numbers appear for these addresses, one beginning with 042 and one starting 364.

In California, where Obama attended Occidental College, there are six addresses listed for him, all within easy driving distance of the college. However, there are three Social Security numbers connected to these addresses, 537 and two others, each beginning with 999.

There are no addresses listed in New York where he attended Columbia University, but there is one listed for him in nearby Jackson, NJ, with a Social Security number beginning with 485.

In Massachusetts – where Obama attended Harvard Law School – we find three addresses, all using the 042 Social Security number. After Obama was elected to the United States Senate in 2005, he moved into an apartment at 300 Massachusetts Ave NW; the Social Security number attached to that address is the 042 one. Yet, three years later, Obama used a different Social Security number for an address listed as: 713 Hart Senate Office Building. This was the address of his United States Senate office. This Social Security number began with 282 and was verified by the government in 2008.

This mystery grows even stranger as other addresses and Social Security numbers for Barack Obama appear in a dozen other states not known to be connected to him. Again, I am excluding those records names not spelled exactly like his name.

Tennessee, one address with a Social Security number beginning with 427

Colorado, one address, with a Social Security number beginning with 456.

Utah, two addresses, with two Social Security numbers beginning with 901 and 799.

Missouri has one address and one Social Security number beginning with 999.

Florida has two addresses listed for his him, three if you count one listed as “Barry Obama.” One is connected to a Social Security number beginning with 762.

In Georgia there are three addresses listed for him, all with different Social Security numbers: 579, 420, and 423.

In Texas there are four different addresses listed for him, one is connected to Social Security number 675.

There are two addresses listed for Barack Obama in Oregon and one address listed for him in
the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, South Carolina, and Pennsylvania.

All told, there are 49 addresses and 16 different Social Security numbers listed for a person whose name is spelled “Barack Obama.” In some cases, the middle initial “H” is listed. If you were to expand the search to include closely related names such as: “Barac,” “Barak,” and “Barrack” Obama, you would find more than a dozen additional addresses and Social Security numbers.

Finally, the one Social Security number Obama most frequently used, the one beginning with 042, is a number issued in Connecticut sometime during 1976-1977, yet there is no record of Obama ever living or working in Connecticut. Indeed, during this time period Obama would have been 15-16 years old and living in Hawaii at the time.

Nevertheless, all this mystery surrounding Obama appears to be a generational thing. Researchers have discovered nearly a dozen aliases, at least two different Social Security numbers, and upwards of over 99 separate addresses for Ann Dunham, his mother.

We do know she worked for the ultra liberal Ford Foundation but we also know she may have earned some income from pornographic poses, as evidenced by photos recently discovered by some researchers—how embarrassing. The only thing researchers are able to find out about Obama’s mother is the fact she made porn. I’m sure that’s a first for presidential mothers.

But we also know that Obama’s mother and grandparents associated with Communist Party leaders such as Frank Marshall Davis, a man who, according to Obama’s book, Dreams from my Father, was his main mentor during much of his Hawaiian boyhood (although Obama tried to disguise his identity in his book). During the Cold War, Davis was named by congressional investigators as a key member of a secretive pro-Soviet networked that existed in Hawaii at that time.

The lack of documents regarding Obama also extends to his mother and to his grandparents. Indeed, researchers have been unable to find marriage licenses for his mother’s two marriages, assuming she was ever legally married. Ditto goes for the marriage license for Ann’s parents. They cannot find birth certificates for her, her parents, or for even for her grandparents.

Even more so, despite Obama’s boast of his grandfather’s military service, there’s no record of that either. For reasons no one knows, much of Obama’s life, his mother’s life and his grandparent’s life has been erased from the records as if they never existed.

But why would someone obtain so many Social Security numbers? According to investigators, those who create additional Social Society numbers are typically engaged in criminal activities such as Social Security fraud, tax fraud, real estate fraud, campaign contributions fraud, voter fraud and so on.

While the private investigator who compiled this list says multiple social security numbers does not automatically prove there’s criminal activity involved, he states that “having said that, I have personally experienced many, many cases where such information has led to subsequent exposure of fraud, deception, money laundering and other crimes.“What is interesting to note is that Obama’s grandmother, Madelyn Dunham, was a volunteer at the Oahu Circuit Court probate department and had access to the Social Security numbers of deceased people.
