One Cheap Crook: What’s Not To Comprehend?

An Amicus Curiae filed by The Alabama Democratic Party has got to be THE DUMBEST DEFENSE EVER by those who seek to shield a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama II from long overdue Justice.
Amongst other overblown statements in their filing re: McInnish v. Chapman, in Judge Roy Moore’s Alabama Supreme Court, is this one:
“In order for one to accept the claim that President Obama’s birth certificate is a forgery, one has to buy into a conspiracy theory so vast and byzantine that it sincerely taxes the imagination of reasonable minds.”
Really?
A guy sporting an alias, using his considerable con to get away with it, “taxes the imagination of reasonable minds”?
A guy who only got away with his fraud because no one bothered to check him out.
Tell me, Alabama Democratic Party, what’s not to comprehend?
Are you really unaware that some people go around town pretending to be someone they are not?
Is it incomprehensible to think that someone slick and charming lied to you? About who he is, who his parents are, and where he comes from?
Have you never heard of Identity Fraud?
Which, in the case of one a.k.a. Barack Hussein Obama II, translates into massive, repetitive Election Fraud, occurring over a period of nearly two decades. In multiple IL State Senate Elections, one IL Congressional Election, one IL United States Senator Election, and two United States Presidential Elections.
Alabama Democrats: what truly “taxes the imagination of reasonable minds” is the penalty for having committed so much crime. His victims are in the hundreds of millions. All of us have been materially harmed.
So has our highest Office.
Besides. If you were so convinced of his authenticity, why do you vigorously resist Court Examination of his Identity Documents?
By your statements, we “tiny cabal of zealots” know you know that a.k.a. Obama is a fraud. He’s as phony as his forged, fraudulent birth certificate. It’s in a.k.a. Obama’s Identity Fraud – the lies, the excuses, the defenses, the deceit – that elaborate thinking resides.
The Truth is simple.
What’s been coerced upon America – in fact, upon you too, Alabama Democrats – was a con. By a very small cabal of conspirators, many of them members of his family, who vowed by hook or by crook to get their boy to The White House.
A.k.a. Obama’s actual family, The Newmans of New York City – who concocted what they judged to be The Perfect Political Con.
One cheap crook in expensive clothing, flashing his father Malcolm X’s ’winning’ grin, toting an Ivy League Law Degree [which he acquired under a false identity]. Impossible that he’s not who he claimed he is? Please. Alabama Democrats: have none of you heard that convicted criminal ‘Unabomber’ Ted Kaczinski was a Harvard guy? Does the name Ted Bundy, bright, handsome, charming Law School student, darling to Republican officials, ring any bells?

Analyst confirms 'Harrison J. Bounel' identity getting scrubbed from databases

WASHINGTON – "Harrison J. Bounel," an alias identified for Barack Obama by debt-collection and skip-trace expert Albert Hendershot, is currently being scrubbed from professional databases, the investigator reports.
"I believe Obama supporters are trying to eliminate any and all evidence of Obama's shady past from all public databases," Hendershot told WND. "It's the only explanation for why the alias 'Harrison J. Bounel' has dropped from sight in database searches on public records done for Obama's Social Security number and home address in Chicago."
Hendershot documented his analysis in a report written for WND that can be read in its entiretyhere.

As seen in Exhibit 1, Hendershot has put together a chart that documents how he first found the Harrison J. Bounel name appearing in databases he was using to search properties in Chicago, and how he has worked with WND to make a series of previously unknown disclosures about the Obama home in Chicago's upscale Kenwood neighborhood at 5046 S. Greenwood Avenue.

As Exhibit 1 points out, following the discovery last March that the alias "Harrison J. Bounel" associated with Barack Obama's Social Security number and with his Hyde Park mansion, Hendershot published his research in May,on his Internet website.

Exhibit 2 documents that a Henderson database search from public records conducted on March 11, 2011, resulted in two different records for Barack Obama's Social Security number: one for a "Bounel Harrison J" and the other for Barack H. Obama, identified with several variations of "Barack H. Obama" that appeared in the database.

Note also that Exhibit 2 lists the Obama mansion address at 5046 S. Greenwood Avenue as an address for both "Bounel Harrison J" and for Barack H. Obama.
Exhibit 2 also clearly shows that the Obama alias of Harrison J. Bounel was in use as of November 2009.
As seen in Exhibit 3, Hendershot was able to duplicate these results utilizing a second public database that again showed both Harrison J. Bounel and Barack H. Obama using the same Social Security number and living at the same address.

Next, as seen in Exhibit 4, Hendershot did a "relatives" search on "Bounel Harrison J" and found that Michelle Obama came up as a result, again with an address history that included the Obama mansion at 5046 S. Greenwood Avenue.

Again, a second database search, as seen in Exhibit 5, shows that Michelle Obama shows up as a relative of Harrison J. Bounel, further confirming that the "Bounel Harrison J." is an alias for Barack H. Obama.

Finally, as seen in Exhibit 6, a search completed on Aug. 19, 2011, of the same database seen above in Exhibit 2, shows no record of the Harrison J. Bounel alias.

Hendershot, who has been studying for the past six months the Obama mansion purchase, has assisted WND in two previous published reports:

1. WND has previously reportedthat at least three people are listed as current owners and taxpayerson the Obama mansion: (1) William Miceli, a Tony Rezko attorney and fundraiser who practices law at the Chicago law firm Miner, Barnhill & Galland, the firm that employed Obama when he did legal work for Rezko; (2) Chicago Probate Judge Jane L. Stuart; and (3) Obama accountant Harvey Wineberg.
2. WND reportedthe "buffer zone" parcel at the Obama family mansion at 5046 S. Greenwood Avenue,purchased by the wife of convicted felon Tony Rezko, was transferred to Barack and Michelle Obama without ever being assessed or taxed, in apparent violation of Illinois law.

WND has also reportedthat two private investigators working independentlyhave asked why President Obama is using a Social Security number set aside for applicants in Connecticut while there is no record he ever had a mailing address in the state.

Have Public Records on Bari M. Shabazz Been Altered in the Last Three Days?

AKA BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA?

East Elmhurst is located in the borough of Queens, NY. Malcolm X reportedly lived there from 1959-1965, when he was assassinated.

(Nov. 5, 2011) —Recently The Post & Email published a “Blog of the Day” entry which posited that the black activist known as “Malcolm X” is the biological father of the man known as Barack Hussein Obama II. We followed up with our own research to promote additional probing by members of the public.

Today The Post & Email was contacted by a reader who communicated the following:

After reading the Martha Trowbridge article about Bari M. Shabazz today, I placed an order to the Social Security Admin for a certified copy of Bari Shabazz’s SS-5 form (application for SSN). Application Name: eFOIA Requests, and my Transaction Date is Nov 4, 2011 7:33:49 PM.

I am instructed by the SSA that unless unusual or exceptional circumstances are present, I should receive a response within 20 business days. I will scan the documents when I receive them, and send you copies by e-mail. The documents should include a certified statement from SSA, the SS-5 form, and a numident, which is a computer printout showing the CYD (Cycle date, the date the SSN record was established or corrected).

The SS-5 form should have the following information:

SSN, Name to be used in work or business, full name given at birth, date of birth, place of birth, age, sex, color or race, father’s full name, mother’s maiden name, if applicant ever before applied for social security, railroad or tax account number, mailing address, the date of application, phone number, signature, and the RFN number (an 11-digit record control number).

Trowbridge had reported in her article that “Barí M. Shabazz” had been reported deceased in August 1994. Barack Hussein Obama II officially entered the world of politics in 1996. He was active as a “community organizer” after graduating from Harvard Law School.

During his lifetime, Malcolm X was known by several different names. Born Malcolm Little, he changed his last name to an “X” to signify the last name which had been allegedly “stolen” while his forefathers were kept in slavery. Obama has been known as Barack Hussein Obama II; Barack Hussein Obama Jr.; Barry Soetoro, and possibly Bari M. Shabazz. Other possible aliases include Harrison J. Bounel and Barak Mounir Ubayd. Obama’s life story and parentage have been “called into question.”

Malcolm X converted to Islam while in prison for burglary. Considered “intelligent and articulate” as well as “eloquent,” he became a national spokesman for the Nation of Islam organization, which promoted black nationalism combined with “traditional Islam.”

At one time, Malcolm had wanted to become a lawyer. Obama became a lawyer but “voluntarily retired” his license during the 2008 presidential campaign.

Malcolm X had described the assassination of John F. Kennedy as “the chickens coming home to roost,” a phrase also uttered by Barack Hussein Obama’s pastor of 20 years, Rev. Jeremiah Wright during the 2008 presidential campaign. Wright preached Black Liberation Theology at the Trinity United Church of Christ (TUCC) until his retirement in 2008, the same year as the presidential election. Malcolm X was “silenced” by Nation of Islam leader, Elijah Mohammad following his comments on Kennedy. Malcolm X believed that Kennedy had not kept his promises to the black community on which he had campaigned and that he had “paid off” black leaders “so that they are silent.”

It is reported that Malcolm X’s “politics” became more important than his religion. He was considered a “charismatic and powerful speaker.” If Obama is Malcolm’s son, did he wish to “complete what his father had started in the political world,” beginning in 1994?

At approximately 3:30 p.m. EDT on November 5, 2011, The Post & Email was provided with information stating that “public records” pertaining to Bari M. Shabazz have been altered to show that he is still alive and living in East Elmhurst, NY, rather than dead, as recently reported in Trowbridge’s post.

Will the reader who sent the FOIA request receive correct and unaltered information? Will he or she be told that the person possessing that social security number is still alive and therefore the information cannot be released?
