Obama Comes Out of the Closet on Marriage
In 2009, Barack Obama took an oath--witnessed in person by more than two million people--to defend the Constitution. Today, he shrugged off that vow in plain sight of the country he swore to lead. In a shocking turn of events, the President has unilaterally decided that America 's marriage law is unconstitutional and ordered his administration to stop defending at all costs. In an announcement made earlier this afternoon, Attorney General Eric Holder confirmed that his department will abdicate its responsibility to fight for the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) by abandoning it in the courts. According to the Justice Department's own statement, "After careful consideration, including a review of my recommendation... the Department has declined to defend a statute in cases, like this one, where the President has concluded that the statute is unconstitutional... "
Holder, who says he "fully concur[s] with the President's determination," has given the order for DOJ attorneys to cease and desist. " The Department has a longstanding practice of defending the constitutionality of duly-enacted statutes," Holder insists, "if reasonable arguments can be made in their defense." The Department does not, however, consider the argument for man-woman marriage--supported by an overwhelming majority of Americans--"to be a 'reasonable' one."
Never in the history of this great nation has a President so openly defied his duty to uphold and defend the law of the United States . Now, this White House is declaring war--not only on marriage--but on Congress, whose authority this President now rejects. If this congressional leadership does not intervene with the force this attack demands, then they will become complicit in behavior that is more befitting of a Middle East regime. To our friends who want nothing more than to leave these issues behind, this is what a social truce would look like. Republicans need to see this challenge for what it is: the White House, throwing down the gauntlet on marriage and declaring them irrelevant. That same piece of yellowed parchment that empowers this President is the one that demands, "He shall take care that the laws be faithfully enforced." And where he fails, Congress must not.

A British history buff was asked if he could find out who the colonial registrar was for Mombasa in 1961.
After only a few minutes of research, he called back and said "Sir Edward F. Lavender” Note the same name near the bottom of the photo above.

I compared my birth certificate to the one that has been put out by Taitz and mine is exactly the same. I even have the same registrar and format. The type is identical. I am by nature a skeptical person. I teach science here and challenge most things that cannot be proven. So I went to an official registrar today and pulled up the picture on the web. They magnified it and determined it to be authentic. There is even a plaque with Registrar Lavenders name on it as he was a Brit and was in charge of the Registrar office from 1959 until January of 1964. The reason the date on the certificate says republic of Kenya is that we were a republic when the "copy" of the original was ordered. I stress the word "copy". My copy also has republic of Kenya . So what you say is true about Kenya not being a republic at the time of Obama's
birth, however it was a republic when the copy was ordered.
The birth certificate is genuine. I assure you it will be authenticated by a forensic auditor. We are very proud Obama was born here. We have a shrine for him and there are many people who remember his birth here as he had a white mother. They are being interviewed now by one of your media outlets.
Fortunately they even have pictures of his parents with him immediately after his birth at the Mombasa hospital with the hospital in the back ground.

college transcripts from Occidental College ...
The transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a
foreign student from Indonesia while an undergraduate at the school. The transcript was released
by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the
Superior Court of California . The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial
aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.
To qualify for this scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.
This document provides the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking -
that he is NOT a natural-born citizen of the United States - necessary to be President of these
United States . Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya , here we see that there is
no record of him ever applying for US citizenship..
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation
of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000
in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block
disclosure of any of his personal records.
Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided
to the U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused comment on this matter.

Is this man behaving as an American president should in regard to the Egypt crisis?
(Feb. 5, 2011) — Talk about High Crimes and Misdemeanors! Barack Hussein Obama, the Usurper to the US Presidency, now appears to be pulling out all of the stops. With barely an initial protestation from the US’s so-called “leaders” (it took We-the-People marching on them to finally get their attention) Obama has already destroyed the economy of the USA and ensured no more jobs will be forthcoming for the middle-class; or anyone else for that matter. He and his minions (the “Co” in Obama & Co) fake unemployment figures to suit their agenda, while thousands and thousands of Americans continue to lose jobs each and every month. Did you know that February is the 19th month since the Obama machine declared the end to our recession?
Yesterday, I advised of the ObamaPlan to rid Egypt of Hosni Mubarak and turn it over to the Muslim Brotherhood–the Mother Ship of virtually all Islamic terrorism and the entity supported by the corrupt Obama to seize Egypt for and as an Islamic state. Obama’s Google also has Wael Ghonim, Google’s head of marketing for the Middle East, flying into Egypt to join the opposition to Mubarak. Ghonim is now reported to be the “spokesman” for the opposition.
Jodi McLeod of Canada Free Press reports that in the last quarter of 2009 Code Pink was in Egypt (after wending its way through Gaza to get there) and were later joined by domestic terrorists and ObamaFriends Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn. They claimed it was a “coincidence.” Uh-huh. Sure it was. Were they assisting in planning the Egyptian revolution? Sure looks like it. Was Obama involved? C’mon…what do you think?
Today, however, the Drudge Report and The UK’s Daily Telegraph are reporting about something more insidious and far more menacing to the survival of the USA and the world. On 4 February 2011, Matthew Moore, Gordon Rayner and Christopher Hope reporting for the Daily Telegraph wrote: “Information about every Trident missile the US supplies to Britain will be given to Russia, as part of an arms control deal signed by President Barack Obama next week.” So, not only has Obama destroyed the USA’s defense system but, he is bent upon taking Great Britain down with it.
The authors go on to write: “The fact that the Americans used British nuclear secrets as a bargaining chip also sheds new light on the so-called “special relationship”, which is shown often to be a one-sided affair by US diplomatic communications obtained by the WikiLeaks website.”
Folks, as he is allowed to get away with these crimes and continues to commit even greater ones, if this latest offense is being accurately reported by the growing multitudes of news sources The Obama’s offenses against humanity loom larger and more horrific every day. Please contact your Representatives and Senators and tell them Congress must stop Obama immediately. His High Crimes are now in the world’s eye and available for all to see. Soon, we may all look like Egypt.
