ObamaGov: Story of a Tyrant and a Collaborative Congress

It’s becoming harder and harder for a great number of people to make sense of what the government is doing.  So, instead of actually looking to and accepting the obvious and logical reasons (aka Occam’s Razor) for what it occurring, media personnel (it has become increasingly difficult to call them journalists or reporters) continue to scratch their heads and ask ‘what is Obama doing’?  The answer is obvious to all, but the relatively brain dead.  In other words, Americans–even if they are slightly dim-witted collaborative “reporters”–know precisely what he’s doing.

Despite his ill-gotten success, but raised by Communist he and she wolves, Obama is destroying the country he has been taught to hate since he was a child; the same country that gave his grandparents an excellent income and lifestyle in Hawaii and Obama a life of privilege and enrollment at Honolulu‘s finest school.  There is no other logical or rational explanation.  He is destroying the country with vigor and prurient joy.  Therefore, that was and is his intention.  His early heroes were Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, Josef Stalin and Adolph Hitler.  He later graduated to admiring the oft-mentioned self-proclaimed Luciferian Saul Alinsky.
Note:  Obama is currently following Hitler’s plan toward gun confiscation to the proverbial “t.”   Hitler began with nationwide gun registration in Germany, then began banning certain firearms, then had his controlled media ask “why do the people need guns, anyway,” asked for “voluntary” relinquishing of guns and ended with door-to-door storm-trooper gun confiscation.  Yes, folks.  Hitler’s private army broke down doors to grab guns and whatever else they could find in private homes.
Most of us know what happened in Germany.  After the guns were forcibly taken from German citizens, the exterminations of Jews and other of Hitler’s “undesirables” (those he called mental defects, gypsies, political opponents etc) began.  There were approximately six million Jews murdered and two to three million others.  If we still refuse to look at, understand and realize that the groundwork Obama is rolling out now is the same as Hitler laid in the 1930s–we truly are a doomed country.
And, if liberals believe the ObamaGov won’t attack them because they voted for Dictator-in-Chief Obama, they had best think again.  Just recently, amongst others, the Obama White House (which is completely under the thumbs of the Obama/Jarrett team) attacked two very prominent and in-the-news figures (Bob Woodward and Lanny Davis) and CBS reporter Sharyl Atkinson (for exposing the Fast & Furious gun Obama/Holder gun-running scheme to arm the Sinaloa drug cartel) for not towing the Obama barge.  And the liberal elite actually think Obama won’t come down on them like a hammer if they deviate even an iota from his exponentially expanding dark vision for the USA and its people?  If so, this once again proves that liberals (even the “elites”) are likely insane…and, tragically, it’s probably a genetic trait.
One of the latest of Obama’s overt salutes to Nazi Germany, Leninist/Stalinist Russia and all other totalitarian governments that have existed over the last 100 years or so are his illegal in-state “immigration checkpoints.”  Most of these checkpoints are not even close to the US-Mexico (or even Canadian) border.  Drivers are being stopped to essentially ‘show their papers’.  When faced with drivers who dare to ask these USBP agents why they are being stopped and/or what legal grounds they are using to do so, they will not (or cannot) answer the question.  Instead, they become even more demanding with their questions and, on one occasion in the below video, even threaten the driver.

For those journalists who have finally waked up to the truth, I offer my commendations.  However, many seem to think we are–still–only approaching a dictatorship.  No.  We are there, folks.   This is largely due to Congress’ incessant desire to no longer actually work for what we pay them and the perks they receive under the table.  Despite its GOP “leadership“ claims to the contrary, Republican members of Congress would prefer to let Obama do all of the decision making.
Thus far, without fail, they have caved to the Marxist-Nazi contingent on every “crisis” at the end.  As an example, in 2011 and 2012, Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell even actually tried to give Obama dictatorial powers and recently offered him “flexibility” on the fake “sequestration crisis.”  Obama, however, seems determined to wait until Congress begs him to become Emperor of the USA.  Chillingly, it may do just that.
We are living under tyranny now, via one manufactured crisis after another.  In fact, since Obama took the helm of our country, our ship has hit one iceberg after another in his attempt to bring the country to its end.  With a collaborative Congress, Obama is very close to doing so…and to bringing most of us to our own ends, also.
If We-the-People still refuse to take the initiative to end our enslavement–and coming genocide if still-ObamaCzar Mark Lloyd has his way–we will very soon no longer have any time left.

The Real Culprit

Over half of the population holds the opinion that the current occupant of the White House is as bad as Joseph Stalin reincarnated and the other half think he is the Messiah.  A large part of the population believes that half of the justices of the Supreme Court are communist and another part thinks the others are doddering old fools. The majority of the population thinks that members of Congress are, at best, incompetent yet these same people continually reelect their representative back to Congress.  The majority of the population thinks that Senators are nothing but congressman with seniority or fancier offices.  That they spend their days in long leisurely breakfast, followed by elegant lunch meetings, followed by late night dining at wine tasting events.  The public at large think that lobbyists roam the halls of congress and the government bureaucracy passing out bags of money to unsuspecting individuals eagerly looking for a quick route to personal wealth.

This writer can agree the current occupant of the White House is completely incompetent and his job performance is a disgrace; however, the other candidate in the 2008 election would have been just as ineffective.  The last two justices added to the supreme court should have been rejected because of gross political prejudice on their part.  The current congress is unable to get anything accomplished not for not trying, but because of ignorance of the public on the complete idiocy of liberalism.

Who is the real culprit?  The fourth estate or the public press. 

For this essay I consider the public press to be made up of reporters and journalists.  Let’s look at each one individually. 

A journalist collects just enough information to support his or her opinion and then provides their  account of the events.  Depending on the factual information the journalist decides to use the essay may, or may not, bear any resemblance to the truth.  Most journalists start out as reporters where they learn how to find basic facts and then write a coherent report.  Along the way they start thinking that it is their job to make things better and they start to write articles and columns advocating a specific point of view or candidate because the feel that they know what is best for their readers. 

On the other hand, a reporter gathers facts and information on a subject and then provides a report on the facts of the issue.  They report all of the facts as they find them without a specific point of view.  They take no opinion on their output product. Their readers are allowed to make their own decisions based on the facts of the issue. 

The winner of the 2008 presidential election had virtually all of liberal, elitist journalist on his side.  These journalists simply generated so much obfuscation that they completely covered up all of the factual reports of their candidate.  In the upcoming 2012 presidential elections the elite national journalist are once again covering up for the traitorous actions of the current president.  This one man single handedly allowed 4 Americans to be murdered and did absolutely nothing to help.  Now the national television and print media are covering his Benghazi incompetence just so he can remain in office and continue his destruction of American society and conversion to a socialistic form of life.

The United States was founded with the concept of a “ free press.”  The current national press is no longer free, they are a captive of their ideology. As a citizen of the United States voters have a responsibility to search out the facts on candidates and then vote their conscious on who will be best for the nation in the long run.  When you approach your decision on this election please gather facts and not opinions as to which candidate will serve the interest of the nation best. The choice is very simple.  Return to a government that has proven over the past 200 years to improve the quality of life for all, or establish a new type of government that has always proven to fail whenever it has been tried.

MEDIA PUPPETS LIE TO PROTECT OBAMA'S DIABOLICAL SCHEME TO ARM AL QAEDA IN SYRIA!

FAILURE OF ALLEGIANCE - Attempting to aid and abet the fraudulent Obama Administration’s cover-up of the September 11 terrorist attacks in Benghazi, Libya, leftist media websites and networks are publishing dishonest stories in an effort to provide cover for Obama’s failure to transparently respond to the crisis and, most likely, protect him from consequences of an outright cover-up of a diabolical scheme to arm an Al Qaeda-led rebellion in Syria.

NEW YORK, NY - As reported by the Washington Times, the liberal press overwhelmingly bought into the Obama administration's version that a YouTube video was to blame for what the regime said was a “spontaneous attack by offended rioters” at the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, according to a study published Friday by the Center for Media and Public Affairs, which tracks news reports.

Officials from the Administration blamed the video for two weeks even though evidence now shows they knew the attack was a coordinated plot by terrorists the entire time.  Hillary Clinton, Leon Panetta and Obama, himself, lied to the American people for weeks in order cover up the truth about the reasons for the tragic events in Benghazi.   

But, the media is refusing to ask why they would do that.  Why would Obama and his State Department blame a random video after evidence had been received by them for weeks that terrorists were planning an attack? 

The media refuses to even consider the probability that Ambassador Stevens may have discovered information which exposed a scheme by the Obama administration to provide arms to an Al Qaeda-led rebellion against Syria's Assad regime, which has killed more than 30,000 civilians in that nation.

Assume the primary directive of Islam is to take over the world and establish a global caliphate.  Would it not therefore engage this endeavor in places where vacuums of power exist...or are created.  Are we not suspicious enough about Obama's allegiances after four years of unanswered questions about his past, his identity, his very eligibility to hold the office?    

The media won't ask themselves, once that information was exposed, terrorist elements of Al-Qaeda in Libya were informed that Stevens and his staff may attempt to prevent the covert operation as well as the fact that Stevens would possess politically fatal information against Obama. That being that a sitting president, despite his lack of eligibility to hold the office, was actively engaged in scheme to arm America's enemies.

Or, even worse...what if Stevens found out that Obama had made a deal with Al Qaeda to provide them with arms to help them assume power in both Libya and Syria if Al Qaeda would allow Obama to take credit for the death of Osama Bin Laden?  We still have never seen evidence of that mission.  We've only heard testimony from those who are lying to us right now.      

Under such circumstances, such an evil scheme would therefore have to neutralize an individual with that kind of apocalyptic information, wouldn't it?        

Reuters, as well as every liberal media network, has attempted to lie for Obama this week by making it seem like the two parties, the CIA in Benghazi and Obama's National Security Team in Washington D.C., were in agreement about the course of action and that when CIA security officer and former Navy Seal, Tyrone Woods defied orders to remain at the annex, his independent choice was somehow the result of Obama’s order to go help Ambassador Stevens.

This, of course, is just another of many endless lies from Obama's fraudulently installed horde of overbenders.    

"CMPA analysts show that press accounts framed the attack as a spontaneous protest in line with the Obama administration's initial version of events at a rate four times more often than they called it a terrorist assault, which was what skeptics identified it as in the days right after Sept. 11.

Initial coverage also focused more on debates over free speech versus hate speech because of the controversy surrounding the video, rather than on security decisions at the Benghazi mission complex, the study found. The Obama administration's initial explanation for the attack was that it was a mob protest against a video that mocked Islam's prophet Mohammed. A mob in Cairo did attack the American Embassy that same night in protest of the video.

The study graded news stories based on their use of words and phrases that touched on themes such as free speech, security problems and terrorism.

"The Benghazi attack was depicted in terms related to a spontaneous protest emphasized by the Obama administration over four times as often as a planned attack (emphasized by Republicans — 17% vs. 4% of the coverage, respectively," the CMPA concluded."

In Reuters’ most recent Benghazi story titled, “CIA Officials in Libya made key decisions during Benghazi attacks” the international news agency intentionally omits critical key facts which would otherwise confirm suspicions that the Obama administration is lying to the American people about its role in the crisis. 

For example, in his opening stanza, “CIA officials on the ground in Libya dispatched security forces to the U.S. diplomatic mission in Benghazi within 25 minutes and made other key decisions about how to respond to the waves of attacks,” Reuters columnist, Mark Hosenball fails to attach his benign 25 minute time reference to any event during the attack.  He writes a lonely, “within 25 minutes”.

It isn’t until his 14^th paragraph that he identifies the chronological origins from whence the 25 minute claim was begotten saying, “…About 25 minutes after the initial report came into the CIA base, a team of about six agency security officers left their base for the public diplomatic mission compound.”

Hosenball conveniently omits the fact that the six security agency security officers left their base..in defiance of orders to not help Ambassador Stevens and his staff.  By intentionally leaving out the fact that Tyrone Woods and his small team went to help Stevens against orders, Hosenball and Reuters are attempting to make their readers believe that Woods' team left the CIA annex base as result of obeying orders to do so.  They did not.  They left the base in defiance of orders from Obama’s command to leave the situation alone.

We know Woods and the security team refused to stand by among cries for help and watch State Department staff get slaughtered by terrorists.  However, conspicuously, the liberal media has also failed to ask the Obama administration why the threat against the mission staff was so impending on September 11th.       

Hosenball’s second paragraph is no better.  He writes another benign account of actions from what he claims officials conveyed without attaching those actions to any name, authority, course of events or sequence of orders.  He writes:

“Officials in Washington monitored events through message traffic and a hovering U.S. military drone but did not interfere with or reject requests for help from officials in the line of fire, the official said.”

Did not Interfere? They should have interfered!  They should have interfered with the attempts by terrorists to murder Americans!  It’s infuriating to fathom what Hosenball is thinking by using the word “interfere” in this context.  Is it not the primary directive of the Commander-in-Chief to interfere with attempts to murder Americans?  If not, what good is he?

Apparently, Hosenball is therefore admitting that Obama administration officials remained silent and indifferent, not interfering or rejecting, as they watched drone footage of Americans being murdered.

It isn’t until Hosenball’s third paragraph where he actually begins to veer into bias by omission.   He writes:

“The information emerged as officials made available on Thursday a timeline chronicling the U.S. response to the Benghazi attacks in which Christopher Stevens, the U.S. ambassador to Libya, and three other American officials died. The material appears to refute claims by critics that officials in Washington delayed sending help to the besieged personnel.”

Evidvence shows that Officials in Washington and CIA personnel in Benghazi were at odds the night of the attack.  Based on the apparent backlash from military command against the Obama regime, it appears the contention over the events during that night were outright hostile.  One commander was allegedly fired and two others were demoted in the field after they attempted to violate orders to stand down.   

Woods and his team, including Glen Doherty, were explicitly told by Obama’s national security team not to help Stevens.  Why else would the Obama Administration attempt to mislead the American people? 

Obama's plan began to fail the moment Woods and Doherty ignored orders and went anyway.

Their deaths should be investigated with prejudice.  

Therefore, it now appears the liberal pro-Obama media is attempting to lie to give credit for Woods’ and Doherty’s decision to defy orders and go help fellow Americans under attack, not to Woods and Doherty, but to Obama.  Sick and disgusting.

Hosenball finally attributes a quote to a real person.  He writes:

"Following the initial broadcast of the Fox News report, Jennifer Youngblood, a CIA spokeswoman, denied that CIA had ever turned down requests for help from U.S. personnel in Benghazi."

"No one at any level in the CIA told anybody not to help those in need; claims to the contrary are simply inaccurate," Youngblood said. 

Again, Hosenball is giving an account of another admission by an Obama official which shows that at no time, in any form, did anyone from the Obama White House ever tell anyone in the CIA or the State Department to help Ambassador Stevens.  If such an order had been given, it would have a written chain of custody. 

Hosenball already said in the first part of the story that Obama officials did not interfere. 

If they didn’t interfere, how did they give the order to help Stevens?

Hosenball’s story says nothing about a YouTube video.   

 

THE AMERICAN MEDIA
DISGRACEFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, TRAITOROUS

October 28, 2012 TPATH - Everyday the journalist impostors of this modern day contribute further to the eventual loss of the rights given to them by our Constitution.

It is no secret that Thomas Jefferson had no loss of love for journalists and the press.  But he did understand just how important the freedoms afforded them are, and that those rights would be the key to the continued  growth, prosperity and freedom of America.

As little as he thought of them, it's quite certain, even he could not have imagined how far they would eventually sink.  And how these modern day under cover agents of the progressive agenda, posing as journalists, will have disgraced their presumed profession.

The press was afforded special rights, even beyond those of normal citizens, and it was commissioned with the important job of watching over the government and protecting us from corrupt and dishonest leaders.  All leaders, not just those with an alternate ideology.

They have forsaken that right, that privilege and that honor, and hence they have forsaken our country and our Constitution.  

As they use the rights afforded to them, not for the good of all the people, but in support of their own agenda, what they in fact are forging, is the loss of those rights, as well as the eventual collapse of our Republic as envisioned by our Founders..

It is difficult to understand the thinking and alignment with the progressive left of the American journalist .  These people are educated and schooled with the ability to read and understand history.  Yet they continue to aide and abet their own demise.

The chronicles are consistent and undeniable.  Freedom of the press, anywhere in the world and anytime in recorded history,  when leftists get control of the government,  the right of free speech disappears, and so too do the journalists themselves. 

So, where did this start?  Shall we go all the way back to the 2008 campaign when the news media refused to look into a few important questions concerning Obama?

There was no Media interest in:
1. What kind of grades did Obama get during his college years?  What did he write? Did he actually write anything?

2. How often did Obama use drugs and where did he get them?  Did he use crack, speed, cocaine, LSD?  Where did he get money to buy drugs?  Did he ever sell drugs?

3. What was Obama's relationship with the Communist terrorist Bill Ayers?  Why did Bill Ayers' Communist father help Obama pay for college?

4. Why was Obama getting special treatment from Tony Rezco a convicted criminal?  How is it that Obama got a sweetheart land deal from him?

5. Why Obama spent 20 years in Rev. Wright's church?  Wright preached racism, anti-antisemitism and hatred for America.

6. Why did Obama hide his Passport?  Does that Passport indicate something about Obama's citizenship?

7. Why did Obama veto a bill, while a Senator, not once, but 4 times, that would have forced abortion doctors to save a baby born alive after a botched  attempt at abortion?

8. Why did Obama use and is still using a Social Security number issued to someone else in a state where he never lived?

9. What effect on Obama did the Communist Frank Marshal Davis have on him as he was shaped and molded during his informative years?

This non-action on their part is not incompetence.  It was and continues to be, dereliction of duty and intentional deception.

Now, as Obama sits in the position of President and Commander and Chief, the media cover up continues.

Here are a few of the latest examples:
1. Candy Crowley, during the second debate, after having been given information by the Obama campaign, used that information to help Obama support a lie.

2. Brian Williams, while interviewing Obama asked just one question about Bengahzi.  The question was not meant to illicit new information.  It was clearly a leading question intended to help Obama cover his butt.  The question suggested  that the attack on the so called Consulate was a "spontaneous terror attack".  This of course was meant to conceal the real facts that Obama did nothing to help save the lives of those heroes that day.  If NBC had an ounce of integrity left, Brian Williams would have been fired on the spot.

3. When asked where Obama was at the time the emails came into the White House asking for immediate support because of the on going attack, reporters were told they would not get an answer.  That should in itself be big news, but not to today's journalists.

4. The MSM don't seem to care that on one occasion Obama said he ordered all the support needed to save those people and on another day he said he never new they had requested support.  This too does not seem to be important.

5. It now appears that Obama and his administration watched for over 5 hours of a 7 hour struggle, where brave Americans fought overwhelming odds to protect the Ambassador.  Not only did they not send help, but it looks like a General who tried to help, was relieved of duty.  The only one with that authority was Obama. This too has been ignored by the MSM.

6. Valarie Jarrett, a progressive Communist is the one who appears to be making decisions for Obama.  By his own words she has been behind every move he has made.  It was Jarrett who kept Obama from taking out Osama Bin Ladin for months and the reason Pannetta gave the actual order to get him while Obama was on a golf course. What hold does Jarrett have on Obama? What does she know that gives her, an un-elected person, control over the most powerful man in the world?  Inquiring minds may want to know. But not the American media.

To be fair, FOX cable news is asking questions and is trying to get answers.  But they are alone.

The National news media, which includes all the major networks and newspapers, have ignored these questions and have moved on to very important issues such as Mitt Romney's employee binder.

Ask yourself this question:  Can you imagine the nightmare of fighting off hundreds of terrorists firing mortars, machine guns and rocket propelled grenades, for hours, knowing there is help just minutes away, and knowing you have sent numerous requests for support, watching, looking, hoping and praying that help will come.  But it never does.  One after another, first by fire and then by explosions, each hero expires and finally, after 7 heroic hours, and one final look for arriving help, the last hero is lost.

Then ask yourself, what is more important:  Did Obama fire a general to keep him from sending help, did Obama go to bed to rest up for the next day's campaign event while the last hero was slaughtered, or is it Mitt Romney's binder?

AMERICA IN DISTRESS…WHO WILL ANSWER HER CALL?

(Aug. 1, 2010) — For the first time in its history, the United States government has knowingly allowed a constitutionally-ineligible individual to break into and occupy the White House. All the branches of government have been involved, along with the media: the legislative branch by failing to do its constitutional duty; the judicial branch by thwarting any attempt to have the facts heard; the Executive branch by using taxpayer funds and the color of authority to defend the usurpation.

The media, in collaboration with private unelected officials and elected officials, have ensured a blackout of news and information on this most fundamental matter to the American public. The State governments also obliged the usurpation with a collective failure to ensure the integrity of the 2008 election. In 2008, all Americans were disenfranchised as a result of this dereliction of duty, in certain cases with malice aforethought.

The natural born citizen clause of Article II, Section 1, Clause 5 was written with the national security interests of the United States as its focus. In order to ensure that the President and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces was loyal ONLY to the United States, the natural born citizen clause requires the President to be born on United States soil, to two citizen parents; have 14 years residency in the United States, and be 35 years of age. Mr. Obama fails the threshold test of being born to two U.S. citizen parents, as his father was a British National and Kenyan.

The violation of this particular clause of the Constitution, above all others, arguably is the most serious ever in United States history, for it has allowed the invasion of the White House and our armed forces by a foreign power. This should alarm every American. Nothing the federal government does at this point has authority of law inasmuch as its titular head is illegally occupying the White House. We are extremely vulnerable to attack, blackmail, and extortion as a result of this egregious dereliction of duty. Congress’ duty to investigate the usurpation, and to have prevented it, is not a ministerial duty, it is an obligation. An on-going one. They all know, and now cannot evade their responsibility.

The Ninth and Tenth Amendments to the Constitution reserve to the states and the people powers not enumerated to the government; and the Declaration of Independence requires that to be true to liberty, forms of government in contradiction to it must be altered or abolished. If the current federal government will not protect the states and the people, it is our duty to create a federal government that can.

Americans across the country are uniting September 7-9 to draw attention to the constitutional crisis we are in because of the illegal, and treasonous, usurpation of the Presidency.
The Mission in September

Faced with this stark reality, many patriots have called for specific action in Washington, and across the Nation, to alert the public to:

* The fundamental ineligibility of Barack Obama for the Presidency,
* The heroes in the military who are upholding their oath to protect and defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic;
* The massive evidence of ineligibility, election fraud, and media complicity
* The responsibility of the Congress, Judiciary, and the Executive in allowing this usurpation and their obligation to investigate and take action to safeguard the United States immediately
* The danger that America faces with an ineligible Commander in Chief
* What we want Congress, the Executive and Judiciary to do

Specific Events (tentative):

* Monday, September 6, 8:30 pm. Candlelight vigil and opening ceremony TBA
* Tuesday, Sept. 7, 11:30 am. Walter Reed Memorial Hospital. Honoring Constitutional heroes
* Wednesday, Sept. 8, 8:30 am. Capitol Steps; House and Senate Office Buildings. Specific meetings with Republicans; public script and literature hand out, signage at key office buildings
* Thursday, Sept. 9, 8:30 am. Justice Department demonstration; White House, Supreme Court

We also intend to honor the heroes amongst us, including Reverend Manning and the Constitutional attorneys and clients who have brought forth action to remove the usurper.

We intend to convey our seriousness through our signage, discussions, literature, behavior, and singularity of message. And this is an on-going, rolling, velvet revolution. We encourage all Patriotic Americans to demonstrate their concern with similar actions across the country.

We can break through the cloud that is hanging over America(Apr. 21, 2010) — A CBS report from yesterday demonstrates how willfully irresponsible the “mainstream” media has become. The writer of the story states that the White House “slammed former Republican Rep. Tom Tancredo of Colorado Monday for his recent remarks suggesting President Obama was not born in the United States,” yet she gives no examples of that. The only remark she quoted, from White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs, was, “I could probably fill the better part of my afternoons responding to the general lunacy of somebody like Tom Tancredo.” If that was all he said, that can hardly be called a “slam.”

Further, the writer, Stephanie Condon, provides no context or background as to why Tancredo might have made such a comment. Instead of providing a link to a story with the video of Michelle Obama stating that Kenya is her husband’s “home country,” quoting from the transcript, or even questioning how Tancredo arrived at that conclusion, she incorrectly stated that there is “overwhelming evidence he (Obama) was born in the United States — including his 1961 birth announcement, printed in two Hawaii newspapers.”

Two birth announcements for an unnamed child from 1961 are not exactly “overwhelming evidence” when the Minister of Lands and member of the Kenyan Parliament states that Obama was born in his country, as did the Kenyan ambassador.

The ludicrous position of writers such as Condon is becoming more evident by the day. In spite of their previous attempts to squelch all discussion about Obama’s background, they are admitting that the doubts about his birthplace and other details of his life have “steadily persisted” from the campaign through today. But they dare ask no questions, or seek information, and it has been up to blogs, e-newspapers like this one, and other online news sources to do the old-fashioned investigating which the media used to perform.

The media is getting desperate, and that’s because all of us are doing the job they used to do. This is one job that Americans are more than willing to do!

The irresponsibility, dereliction of duty and downright leftist agenda of the major media are the factors which installed Obama in the Oval Office, most likely in violation of the U.S. Constitution. While the sycophant writers working for CBS, the AP, NBC, MSNBC, Fox News and ABC are busy trying to do damage control as more and more people are learning that Obama has lied about his background and is probably constitutionally ineligible to serve, we are working to uncover the truth and expose the deception which has been perpetrated for many years, quantified by the ascension of the most anti-American, foreign, ineligible imposter this country has ever known.

If there weren’t something phony about Obama, then CBS and the AP wouldn’t be mentioning that there are rumors he was born in Kenya. They wouldn’t be accusing Tancredo and others of making “incendiary remarks” but failing to quote them. Their shameless shilling for Obama during the campaign now has them in a deep funk, as they can no longer ignore the “birther movement” and all of us who have been out there informing our neighbors.

There are many more of us than there are of them.

All of us have a circle of influence. If each day, we tell one new person about Obama’s highly questionable eligibility, we are doing our duty by informing our fellow citizens of the constitutional crisis we face. The sooner every adult in this country knows what we are up against, the sooner we will have the numbers to do something about it. We don’t have the luxury of remaining quiet because we think someone will argue with us or suggest we get a brain scan. Samuel Adams, George Washington, Patrick Henry, John Hancock and all of the other Founding Fathers didn’t care what someone thought when they talked about liberty or death and breaking away from England, which only 30% of the colonists at the time supported. They meant what they said, and they did something about it. They founded the greatest, freest nation on earth, and even though we are held hostage now by an illegally-installed dictator and his criminal cronies, we can do something about it.

So every time you meet a new person, say something. Every time you run into an old acquaintance, say something. Talk about the situation we’re in and what can be done about it. Recruit others to help us get the old America back, the free one, the one in which personal ambition and hard work could be combined to produce whatever future a person could envision. Not Obama’s America; our America.

We are the media. Let’s keep the pressure on, and eventually the dam will break. It has to. Because the truth will always emerge, sooner or later. And you can all be part of making that happen.

This national nightmare can be over if we all work hard to spread the word. That’s how they did it back in 1776. And we have many more ways to inform others than they did back then.

Critical mass is building.

I Believe The Fix Was In for the 2008 Election and The Cover Up is Still Going Strong!

Constitution(Jan. 24, 2010) — I believe that the RNC and DNC at the highest levels in 2008 were both complicit in shutting down all discussion of Obama’s eligibility issue in the Congress, Main Stream Media, Print Press, and in the leading conservative Talk Show radio stations. I believe that the RNC and the DNC were complicit in subverting Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of our Constitution as to the eligibility requirements for the Office of the President, i.e., the person eligible for that office must be a “natural born Citizen“, i.e., one born in the country to parents who are both citizens of the country such that the child born has singular and sole allegiance at birth to the USA and no citizenship at birth with any other country via his parents or due to the place or location of birth.

A natural born Citizen needs no law or resolution of Congress to give or clarify citizenship status. Natural born Citizenship status can only be obtained by the facts of nature at the child’s birth. This is natural law. This is what the founders and framers of our Constitution required for the singular and most powerful office of the President and Commander in Chief of the military.

John Jay and George Washington put that requirement into the Constitution for exactly the reason that the person serving in that office would have no foreign influences on him/her at birth due to the facts and circumstances of his/her citizenship at birth. Only “natural born Citizenship” in the USA per natural law guarantees no other allegiance or citizenship claims by an another country at birth. If you are born on the U.S. soil of parents who are both citizens, no other country can claim you as a Citizen of their country and you are only governed by the laws of the USA at your birth.

This is natural law as written by Vattel in 1758 in his legal book, “The Law of Nations or Principles of Natural Law“. The 1775 edition of this legal book was used as a reference by Benjamin Franklin and other founders to set up our new nation in 1776 in the writing of the Declaration of Independence and also in drafting the new form of federal government in 1789 and the writing of our Constitution, the fundamental law of our nation. Obama was born British. How can a person be born a British Subject be considered to be a “natural born Citizen” of the USA, to constitutional standards? He cannot. Our founders must be rolling over in their graves witnessing what transpired in the 2008 election cycle.

Both parties put up questionable candidates in 2008 as to their birth citizenship, Obama was born as a British Subject and McCain was born in Panama, and then they proceeded to cover up for each other and helped shut down the media and talk radio totally via their respective high contacts in the media industry and elected officials within the sitting Bush administration and in Congress as well as within their own respective presidential campaign organizations. No one in either political party wanted a free and open debate in the media as to the true historical, constitutional, and Supreme Court common law cases mentioning Vattel and his words on the meaning of “natural born Citizen”. No one in either political party wanted a full Congressional hearing about the true meaning of Article II of the U.S. Constitution concerning and who is eligible to be President and Commander in Chief of the military, especially in the case of Obama whose father was not even an immigrant to this country, let alone a citizen.

We are a nation of immigrants. But Obama’s father was never one. The political parties and powers in DC wanted to hide this issue from the American people for the political ambition and power of both political parties to run the candidate of their choice irrespective of Constitutional issues. They did not want to hear from the People about this. So the cover up began to squelch all discussion of it to keep as many people in the dark as possible. “Thou shalt not talk about the presidential constitutional Article II eligibility issues ” was the word put out by all the powers to be in Washington DC and the USA media. It was reported that even outright threats were made to certain conservative talk show radio hosts in the last quarter of 2008.

And it continues to this day, imo, and is most obvious with the stone silence and “cone of silence” and occasional mocking comments made by the talk show hosts about the eligibility issue questions if mentioned briefly by a guest now and then on Fox News. The approach on Fox News is to ban the topic.

Other networks such as MSNBC simply mock the movement continually using Saul Alinsky’s tactics from Rules for Radicals rule number 5, ridicule, to stifle all open, serious, and public debate on the issue and to scare off any one in political power from broaching the subject. Anyone even just mentioning this issue is pounced on for the ridicule treatment by the press.

This shut down of a free and full “on air” debate of the Obama eligibility issue with serious scholars and legal experts representing each side (such as my attorney, Mario Apuzzo) being allowed on the air together with someone from the Obot side to debate this issue openly is being orchestrated at the highest levels of the RNC and DNC and their elected official type contacts in various powerful positions both today and back in Dec 2008 and early Jan 2009. Whispers in the hallways allude to grave consequences if one breaches this subject seriously on the air ways.

The RNC silenced opposition in the conservative talk show radio and elsewhere in late 2008 which has enabled Obama to take power virtually unopposed as to addressing his constitutional eligibility in any serious manner in public debate via the national media. The leadership of the RNC at the highest levels, imo, shut down members of their own political party in Congress and via using their contacts in the highest levels of government, they helped shut down conservative talk radio and TV hosts with innuendos and and whispers of the consequences if this subject surfaced for discussion in a major way on their shows. They were told to keep the eligibility issue and the so called “Birthers” banned on their callers list with special instructions to the call screeners to keep them off the air. The RNC powers to be and their political connections used their power to do this to cover up their own subverting of Article II of the Constitution via putting up a candidate of their own with questionable natural born Citizenship status as their candidate for President. The big liberal media anointed Obama (a hard core progressive and Socialist) and then anointed McCain (a progressive light) because they knew McCain had a citizenship issue of his own and thus would keep him silent about Obama’s. And it worked. A “cone of silence” was dropped on the eligibility issue in the DC media and Congress and elsewhere in American to cover up for what both parties were doing, subverting Article II of the U.S. Constitution in the 2008 election. Imo, when this subversion of our Constitution in the 2008 election cycle and the massive cover up by people in the highest levels of the RNC and DNC and their elected official contacts, and our government is exposed, this will be a far worse scandal than Watergate. It will be the worst scandal & political crisis and constitutional crisis in America since the Civil War. Who will win the Pulitzer Prize for exposing this travesty to the Constitution, liberty, and justice in America.

I believe this is what has happened in America and the reason for the cone of silence about Obama’s citizenship issues since the start of the 2008 election cycle and it continues to this day. It is a national disgrace and a threat to our freedom and liberty and the survival of our Constitution and Republic. We do not know Obama’s true legal identity. He has hidden and sealed all his early life records. What is he hiding? How can we trust this man usurping the Oval Office to protect America from foreign influence at the highest levels. He bows to Saudi Kings! He backs far-left dictators in Central America like Castro and Hugo Chavez in stifling freedom and Constitutional government in Honduras. Maybe he saw what could happen to him in the Constitutional crisis down there. Who is Obama loyal too? We do not know who he really is. The eligibility issue must be fully and openly discussed in the Main Stream Media, the Congress, and in our Courts. Our liberty and freedom is in the balance.

Did Hope for Rising GOP Stars like Bobby Jindal Play a Role in the Obama’s Presidential Eligibility Scandal?

When questions about Obama’s eligibility to serve as President arose, I immediately recognized that this could be the biggest political scandal in U.S. history, bigger even than Watergate. The allegations, if true, would have created widespread political turmoil and would have had to involve people, high up people, ignoring and/or covering up facts. How could a young Senator from Illinois have gotten so far, so quickly, in national politics without some in both the Democratic & Republican Parties taking notice, researching, discovering details of his past and recognizing that there was a BIG potential problem? Especially, given that every other person in Washington is a lawyer, people knew, the media had to have known, known both of the problem and its ramifications. After all, it’s the political big league in Washington.

Having a legal background, I decided to do my own research to satisfy my curiosity and it became abundantly clear that legitimate questions existed and continue to exist. Questions regarding interpretation of Article II, Section I of the Constitution, questions of original intent, British/Kenyan law, acquisition of citizenship, questions about Obama’s birthplace, his adoption, his educational scholarships, his parent’s foreign allegiance/citizenship, his prior inadvertent admissions, questions about his passport(s), etc., exist with sufficient basis in law and/or fact to warrant serious investigation and judicial review. So, like many others at the time, I sat back and waited for the media firestorm to begin. And I waited, and waited, and waited. Not a peep from the media, Hillary, McCain or Republicans. Why?

With an issue this big involving the first competitive African-American running for the Presidency of the United States, his intentional withholding of records and the possibility that he fails to meet the Constitutional requirements for the Office, I just knew that every stone would be quickly overturned to get to the bottom of it. Even though it’s common knowledge that the American media is pretty much left of center when it comes to politics and everything else - ‘the story’, this story was SO big that I was sure they would not be able to ignore it. It wasn’t like other political stories the media ignored such as John Edwards’ love child or Larry Sinclair’s allegations of drug use and sex with Obama. This story went to bedrock, the requirements of who can be President and who can serve as Commander In Chief of our military. To my surprise, next to nothing came from the mainstream media.

Many expected Republicans to wait as long as they possibly could before raising the issue because of the political/media ramifications. It seemed certain that they were praying for the media to take the lead so they could stay on the high road. After enduring eight years of constant Bush bashing and constant negative media spin about Republicans, it’s easy to appreciate their concerns. It’s a shame that Republican fear may have trumped their doing the right thing early on. Had they manned up, we probably would not be in the current situation of having our rights and freedoms in jeopardy.

Republicans had seen the media for a decade artfully portray them as corrupt, uncaring politicians on a reckless spending spree. This portrayal led directly to the 2006 Democratic takeover of Congress. Even though, a Republican spending spree pales when compared to an Obama/Reid/Pelosi spending spree. Even though, Republican ‘caring’ has historically meant a limited federal government helping those in need with a hand up in ways that would not bankrupt the nation (sustainability) and Democrat ‘caring’ has historically meant a growing government trying to bait those with needs, real or otherwise, into becoming permanently dependent. What Republicans could count on in 2008 was that the mainstream media would likely report everything Republicans dared say about this critical Constitutional issue as racism, expressed and/or implied.

They were scared of the media in 2008. They were in the political wilderness. However, I believe fear was not the only factor keeping Republicans from speaking from conviction. Republicans might have been reluctant to rock Obama’s boat because their own leadership (those who would have fully understood Obama’s agenda, his past associations and ideology) may have been considering the possibility that losing to Obama might not be so bad.

Maybe they realized that if Obama were elected, Americans would likely be so disappointed and shocked by his policies that Republicans might quickly sweep back in power. Instead of being beaten up for eternity by the media for spoiling the first African American’s opportunity to reach the Presidency, they could be seen as adults setting things right after a rebellious kid’s screw ups. Yes, I think political calculations could well have been trumping principles. After all, the Party did have a few bright stars in waiting such as Gov. Bobby Jindal. They could just bide their time, hope America wakes up as Obama revealed himself and be ready to step up.

Jindal, he’s the young Republican Governor who had a 77% approval rating in 2008. Jindal had taken over the reigns of Louisiana shortly after the embarrassing former Democratic Governor’s performance dealing with Katrina. Louisiana is also the home of some fairly egregious examples of Democratic corruption such as Rep. Jefferson’s conviction and Senator Landrieu appearing to sell her vote for $300,000,000 dollars to Harry Reid. Gov. Bobby Jindal is definitely a rising star in the Republican Party, a fiscal conservative, principled and someone not closely associated with President Bush. He is seen as a leader with a great future. I can certainly see him in the U.S. Senate.

As time passed, more and more lawsuits were filed (over 50) challenging Obama’s eligibility and nothing - nothing from the media, nothing from Hillary Clinton, nothing Republicans in Washington, nothing from John McCain. The issue was a hot potato that carried a truckload of political risk. Democrats, who were acutely aware that they risked losing the carefully groomed dependence of many minority voters, wouldn’t touch it. Politicians of both parties were afraid of the charge of racism - and for good reason. All they had to do was watch the vicious attacks against eligibility attorneys Philip Berg, Dr. Orly Taitz, Leo Donofrio, Stephen Pidgeon, and Mario Apuzzo.

Given that many politicians lack backbone, those of us concerned about the issue had little choice but to put faith with the American judicial system and hope that they would answer conclusively the questions of Obama’s eligibility. Well, so much for faith. Notwithstanding their oaths to protect the Constitution, judges apparently wanted nothing to do with this political hot potato either. Courts have been falling all over themselves from the beginning to do every legal contortion necessary to avoid granting discovery, examining facts and/or applying the law regarding this eligibility issue.

However, we are not defeated. Legal challenges and opportunities for challenges remain and it will only take one principled judge to resolve the eligibility issue. Is Obama a ‘Natural Born Citizen’ eligible to serve as President of the United States and Commander In Chief of its military? But, we all must remember that most judges begin their careers on the bench as politicians; and so far, politics trump a magistrate’s sworn duty.

Had the winner of the 2008 Presidential election been Governor Jindal, you can be sure there would have been endless lines of Constitutional experts brought in by FOX, CNN, MS-NBC, CBS, ABC to explain the history of the eligibility provision, the underlying issues and facts relevant to a reasoned determination. You see, Bobby Jindal was born in Louisiana in 1971 and his parents are Indian immigrants who came here to attend graduate school, nearly the exact factual situation as Obama’s (accepting a Hawaii birth). And had 50+ lawsuits been filed against a Presidential candidate Jindal, the media would have been in a frenzy trying to outdo each other, it would have been like the O.J. trial. I also believe that both the federal & state courts would have been decidedly more eager to get to the merits so that they could be seen as protecting the Constitution, the Presidency and apple pie.

But it wasn’t candidate Jindal - it was candidate Obama. So, instead of having extensive coverage and thoroughly investigating the issue, the media has given next to no coverage. And when the mainstream media decides to cover the issue, they do it so they can spin the story to wrongly equate the meaning of ‘citizen’ and a ‘natural born ‘citizen’ - and to paint those raising the issue as idiots. Where are the real journalists? With the exception of FOX, this is clearly the media’s ‘thrill up the leg’ political bias trumping journalistic principle.

With FOX, I think of them the same way as I think of Republicans. Because FOX is constantly vilified by Democrats and the left lending media, this potato was so hot that even they could not risk being wrong or having a court come to a different conclusion. FOX’s fear trumped their journalistic principle.

I wonder if the Republican leadership figured that if they didn’t complain about Obama in 2008, they would be able to count on Democrats and the Obama media not complaining about Jindal’s eligibility issues should he decide to run in 2012? My first thought was that having such an expectation would be a fool’s dream. However, I’m not so sure now. They all now have a lot of political capital invested in attempting to effectively rewrite the eligibility provision of the Constitution by some sort of contorted waiver/estoppel/abandonment theory. It’s all underhanded and improper; but as long as courts continue to abdicate their own responsibilities, who can know what determined politicians might accomplish?

The whole mess smells more and more like ‘the players’ in Washington have gotten together and decided, or implicitly understand, that the issue and the Constitution are to be ignored. Every player appears to be serving their own self-interest, burying their principles, avoiding risk, and using the mainstream media’s avoidance of the issue as political cover. If the mainstream media ever takes the lead and does their job, the other players will be forced to do theirs as well.

Even when, reports were coming out in Canada that a radio talk show host had revealed that he, his career, family had been threatened; the mainstream American media simply ignored the story. No real investigation, nothing, nada was started. This smells really bad.

Regarding the Democratic leadership, anyone watching the recent antics of Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid concerning the healthcare takeover (with their buying of votes, conducting the people’s business in secret, not allowing debate or time to actually read the bills, misrepresentations, manipulation of the numbers, and their constant ridicule those in opposition) must realize that it’s not the means that count to these people – only the ends. Therefore, I have no doubt that they would turn a blind eye to the possibility that the Constitution might have been violated by Obama and those who have attested to his eligibility. Oh, that was Nancy Pelosi who did that.

Regarding Hillary Clinton, she’s an old school hardball politician who is probably worrying more about her status and legacy now; rather than actually doing the right thing and demanding that Obama provide documentation proving that he is a natural born citizen. I guess it’s not a fight she’s willing to take on given that she is also the wife of the ‘first black President’.

Regarding the mainstream media, all you need to do is check who has been a consistent donor to Obama & Democratic politicians through the years. Then check for yourself what they are reporting, what they are leaving out, how stories are slanted, how far are they slanted and the frequency of displays of bias. There was a study out of, I believe, UCLA around 2004 that found that 18 of 20 major media outlets were left of center and that Brit Hume and the Drudge Report did indeed provide the fair and balanced news coverage. Today, the media appears to have dropped all pretense of being objective.

Regarding John McCain, he is also a seasoned politician who probably values his own legacy more than tackling such a big political nightmare. Especially, given that some have questioned his own ‘natural born citizen’ status, he might prefer someone else take the lead.

A few Republican politicians have displayed courage by trying to introduce legislation that would require that candidates must provide proof that they are in fact eligible for the offices they seeking. Of course, Nancy Pelosi is keeping this buried and it will not see the light of day while she is the Speaker of the House. This type of legislation is extremely important should Republicans gain power in 2010. It cannot be allowed to stand that politicians can willy-nilly change the effect of the Constitution without going through the proper process. Talk about elitism!

Representative Nathan Deal has made the boldest direct display of courage to date by sending Obama a letter asking that he provide proof that he is a natural born citizen. Congressman Deal was of course immediately, repeatedly and viciously attacked for doing this one small act to protect the integrity of the Constitution. However, Rep. Deal’s act is very important because it provides a proof that a Member of Congress had specific concerns over Obama’s eligibility to serve. It is the first time that a sitting President has been confronted in this way. Well done! History must not be scrubbed to hide Obama’s probable criminal deception to obtain the Office of the Presidency.

Republicans took the easiest path in 2008 because they were fearful and had been relegated to the wilderness in 2006. With the emergence of the grassroots Tea Party revolt, Republicans are now poised to make substantial gains in 2010. I believe people are looking for genuine, principled, limited government, fiscal conservative leadership. Unfortunately, current Republicans will have to do this year because they are the best choice for the nation until better candidates emerge. However, all candidates should take heed that millions of Americans recognize that they must pay attention to what Congress is doing.

And just a friendly reminder, those of us who are concerned about the eligibility issue will also be paying attention. Please don’t consider running Gov. Jindal for the Presidency in 2012. As much as we (I) may like him, he is not a ‘natural born citizen’ and we (I) will not put our politics above principles founded in the Constitution!

Putting the country, the Constitution, & the rule of law ahead of politicians’ self-interest were called for in 2008 - and the call was ignored. Democrats and Republicans alike failed to answer.

After rereading this piece, I am more discouraged and fearful that the courts may well let down America, her Constitution and her people by failing to take the bull by the horns and look at the issue of Obama’s eligibility. (The court system was the only institution that I had a great deal of faith in but it looks like faith has been misplaced.)

It may ultimately fall to the military (who deserve to have a Commander In Chief who is in fact eligible to serve in that honored position and is legally capable of issuing ‘lawful orders’) to utilize the Uniform Code of Military Justice and demand that Obama establish the facts.

An election for President and Commander in Chief of the Military must strive to be above reproach. Our public institutions must give the public confidence that a presidential candidate has complied with the election process that is prescribed by our Constitution and laws. It is only after a presidential candidate satisfies the rules of such a process that he/she can expect members of the public, regardless of their party affiliations, to give him/her the respect that the Office of President so much deserves.

All those who have been following the Obama eligibility issue well know that Article II, Section 1, clause 5 provides that “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President. . .” At this blog, I have already explained the importance of the “natural born Citizen” clause. In order for Obama to prove that he is an Article II “natural born Citizen,” he must conclusively demonstrate that he was born in the United States to a United States citizen mother and father. At present, there is much controversy regarding where Obama was born. We have seen much contradictory information regarding this issue. Obama maintains he was born in Hawaii at Kapi’olani Medical Center and as his best evidence he has posted on the internet a computer-imaged Certification of Live Birth (COLB, which is a summary of his alleged long-from hospital-generated birth certificate) to prove that fact. According to the laws of Hawaii, this summary document, which does not contain information as to which hospital he was born in or what doctor delivered him, is only prima facie evidence of a birth in Hawaii. Because of this conflicting information, the prima facie validity of the COLB must fail. Hence, Obama should present evidence that corroborates his and the State of Hawaii’s position that he was born in Hawaii and that he is a “natural born Citizen. He has without good reason refused to provide this evidence.

It has been reported how past Hawaiian State practices with its birth certificate procedures have presented opportunities for birth certificate fraud. An example of such fraud is that of Chinese native, Sun Yat Sen, one of the founders of the Republic of China, who was born in China but was able to obtain a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth in 1904 based on his fraudulent affidavit and evidence submitted by witnesses to the Hawaiian authorities stating that he was born in Hawaii on November 24, 1870. http://www.scribd.com/doc/9830547/Sun-Yatsen-Certification-of-Live-Birth-in-Hawaii. Because of critical importance of knowing for sure who the President is, the potential for birth certificate fraud, and since Obama’s original long-form birth certificate housed in the offices of the Hawaii Department of Health can be some type of certificate (even a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth) that is based on some family member’s affidavit of personal knowledge but which includes no documentary evidence of an actual birth in Hawaii, it becomes crucial to confirm whether there exists any corroborating evidence of Obama actually being born in Hawaii. Consequently, various members of the public have tried to obtain information that would adequately confirm Obama’s and the State of Hawaii’s statements that he was born in Hawaii. These concerned citizens have made requests to the State of Hawaii and to various hospitals there for such information. The State of Hawaii, Kapi’olani Medical Center, and Queens Medical Center (originally claimed by Obama’s sister to by his birth place) have publicly stated that they cannot release the needed details of Obama’s birth, including whether his deceased mother was even a maternity patient in any of those hospitals, because of Obama’s state and federal privacy rights. Not being successful, some of these concerned citizens, feeling duty bound to the Constitution and our country, have filed law suits and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) actions against Obama and others to obtain this information.

Given that Obama and/or his agents have already publicly released some information regarding his place of birth, one commentator, William, has asked me on my blog ( http://puzo1.blogspot.com/. ) whether Obama has waived his privacy rights to such birth information. At least two arguments can be advance that Obama has waived any privacy right that he might have in his birth information located in the State of Hawaii and in its hospitals. One is that he has waived his privacy rights to his alleged long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate by posting his COLB on the internet for the world to see. A problem with this argument is that the COLB does not disclose all his private information (name of hospital, doctors, etc.) and he can argue that his waiver is only as to the information contained on the COLB and no more. As a response, it can be argued that Obama waived his privacy right as to the identity of the hospital in which he was born given that he allegedly wrote a letter dated January 24, 2009 to Kapi’olani Medical Center in which he acknowledge being born there and which letter the hospital posted on its web page (suspiciously posting not a scan of an actual paper letter but only a computer-generated image created with HTML code) for the world to see. Neil Abercrombie D-Hawaii, who allegedly gave the letter to the hospital and publicly read the letter during the hospital’s centennial celebration, refuse to confirm whether this letter is real.

The second argument is more powerful and convincing. Under Article II, a would-be President must be a “natural born Citizen” to be eligible for the Presidency. Hence, any candidate knows that such “natural born Citizen” status is required to hold the public Office of President. No one winning an election and wanting to fill that public office has a reasonable expectation of privacy as to where he/she was born given that job’s eligibility requirement that one must be a “natural born Citizen.” See my article on this blog entitled, Obama’s Personal Right To Privacy Cannot Trump The Right Of The People To Know Who Their President Is, at http://puzo1.blogspot.com/2008/12/obamas-personal-right-to-privacy-cannot.html. Of course, that person’s obligation to prove his/her “natural born Citizen” status includes providing credible, competent, and sufficient documentary and other evidence of, among other things, place of birth. Clearly and without doubt, the public interest in knowing that the President-elect is eligible for the office he/she seeks to fill by far out weighs any privacy interest that the person may have in his/her birth documents. It is also clear that knowing who the person is who will occupy the Office of President and Commander in Chief concerns national security and the safety of the United States and the whole world. It is not reasonable to believe that such a person’s privacy interest would out weigh the People’s need to safeguard national security and for self-preservation. Simply put, it would be beyond absurdity to honestly contend that such a person has a right to shield from the same People that he/she is constitutionally duty bound to serve and protect information that he/she must provide to them to show that he/she is qualified for that singular and all-powerful public position which would vest him/her with great power to affect every aspect of the People’s lives.

But underneath the privacy rights question lurks a much more serious concern. We can see the absurdity of Obama sitting on privacy rights to conceal his long-form birth certificate from the public. It is downright despicable for our media and Congress and others to apologize for Obama and let him get away with it. They know full well that he has no such privacy rights. The birth information and documents that Obama refuses to reveal to the public surely are revealing of whether his is eligible to hold the Office of President. Why has the media not filed any legal actions against Obama, the State of Hawaii, and other parties, seeking to legally lift any privacy barriers to Obama’s birth information as it has so many times in the past filed actions against others running for public office who sought to prevent the public from learning details of some aspect of their private lives? What is a travesty of justice is that Obama was probably able to win his U.S. Senate seat because the media (Chicago Tribune) filed a legal action against rival Republican Jack Ryan in which it was successful in getting the “kinky sex” details of his divorce released to the public. Why the media in our country would believe what type of sex two consenting married adults practice is more important than making sure that the national security of our country is protected is beyond comprehension and represents the quintessence of warped priorities. I do not believe that anyone who truly cares about our country and Constitution can express enough in words the outrage that he/she feels about how cowardly our political leaders and media have acted with Obama on the question of his place of birth.

Congress has abdicated its constitutional oath and the media, the so-called fourth branch of our government, has failed to perform its journalistic duty to the People of the United States to assure them that Obama’s election to the highest and most powerful office in the land adhered to our Constitution and laws. Congress has been given a chance to correct its failings and still it refuses to perform its constitutional obligation. With the assistance of its media cronies and others, they all ridicule and suppress the efforts of those who are fighting to make sure that our Constitution has been respected in the last Presidential election and that our nation is safe with Obama currently occupying the Presidency and being the Commander in Chief of our military might.

We must then ask ourselves why Congress and the media have not pressed Obama for the necessary and relevant birth information for at least the sake of the integrity of the Presidential election process and the safety of our nation? Moreover, Obama cannot be an Article II “natural born Citizen” because under the British Nationality Act of 1948 when Obama was born in 1961 his father was a British subject/citizen and Obama himself was born a British subject/citizen. Like a naturalized citizen who is not eligible to be President, Obama was born with an allegiance to a foreign power and is therefore not eligible to be President and more so not eligible to be the leader of our military men and women. To allow Obama to hide his birth information and to not challenge him for not being an Article II “natural born Citizen” is nothing more than at best, politicians and those in their coterie allowing corrupt party politics, self-interest, and/or cowardice to blind their constitutional duty to protect and defend our country and Constitution, at worst, part of someone’s plot to attack and destroy the United States from within, or both. Given that any attack on the United States will most likely come from within, these latter two scenarios must be given serious consideration and ruled out only after sufficient evidence exists to so rule them out. Hence, the deliberate or reckless failing by those who are supposed to protect and defend our country and Constitution is tantamount to treason.

All members of Congress that have allowed and continue to allow the raping of our Constitution and the placing of our nation at risk to being attacked from within need to be removed from Congress, without any exceptions. As to what to do with those members of the media and others who have failed and continue to fail to do their job to adequately protect and defend our Constitutional Republic, that is a question for another day.
