November 8, 2012 TPATH – As the dust, so to speak, settles and many of us begin to recover from the shock and disappointment over the prospect of giving Obama another full term to fundamentally changeour country, many are asking themselves, what just happened?

What shall we make of it, knowing about Obama, all that he has done and all that he could do given 4 more years of “flexibility”, compounded with report after report of an energized electorate and announcements from sea to shining sea of Republicans organized and getting out the vote like we have never seen modern times and hearing of hours long waits to vote and polling places being held open hours after the scheduled closing time to accommodate those in line, and now we are supposed to believe that Romney received 3 million less votes than did McCain in 2008? How could this be?

The reason for “What just happened” is not singular but was a result of several forces, some of which are speculation and some are as clear as a mountain spring, and just as chilling.

As you ponder these thoughts please keep in mind that there is no proof of any of these speculated scenarios except for a knowledge of history and knowing our enemy. The remarks concerning the revolting display of affection the rotund one had with Obama and Springsteen, are not speculation.

Remember what TPATH has been saying for several years now. “It's easy to elect a socialist, but impossible to un-elect one”. This of course is the basis of a quote from one of Obama's great heroes, who proclaimed “It's not who votes that counts, it's who counts the votes”.

RANDOM CONCEPTS:

1. The GOP- Yes, the Grand Old Party has once again proven that they have never learned nor will they ever learn that bringing a down pillow to an ax fight will result in very bloody feathers. The desire not to scare away independent voters has never been a concern of the Democrats and they continue to win elections. What is it about the Republican establishment that keeps them mired in unfair battles by refusing to bring all the required weapons to the conflict?
   That is not something anyone can answer except to say it is just part of their DNA and we have watched them perform this lemming act over and over again.
   TPATH has long been against even the consideration of a third party since that concept would surely secure easy victories for the the Democratic leftists. But, it may now be time to begin that consideration. If the GOP could not secure a win against an opponent with Obama's record, when will they? The answer of course, is, they never will. Any damage a third party would cause, in the short term, could be no more detrimental to America than the GOP has been, and will continue to be. More on this in a future report.
2. Almost related to the above is another very puzzling situation. Why would our Congress not object to a software company, based in Europe, who's CEO donated to Obama, be put in charge of tallying up major portions of the Presidential election vote? It is virtually impossible for a non-professional to detect software programmed to manipulate numbers, even if anyone had the backbone to suggest looking.
3. As mentioned above, how in the world could the total number of votes for Romney not be many, many more than for McCain in 2008? By all accounts, huge numbers of Christians, Conservatives, Republicans and independents who stayed home last election were reported to be all fired up to prevent Obama from another destructive term and chomping at the bitt to vote. We are now supposed to believe, at the last minute, they decided to stay home? Red flag anyone?
   Let's ask ourselves a question. Is it more difficult and possibly more dangerous to bring in illegal voters, have many people vote more than once and in more than one location than it would be to just delete votes cast? While there is an absolute certainty that some of that illegal activity has gone on, the safest, easiest and most accurate manipulation of outcome is the eraser.
   Having had more than enough time to speculate and then calculate just how many Romney votes would need to be “eliminated”, falsifying registers either by counterfeit or some other means and could have been prepared way ahead of time in various Democrat controlled districts.
   And since this would only need to be done in several locations within several battle ground states, it would require a big conspiracy, but not a huge one.
4. Then to enhance and fortify the required edge, thousands upon thousands of people will end up voting for Obama, even though they have not voted in decades. How do you get them out to vote? Well, the dirty little secret is you don't, you vote for them. TPATH has learned that hundreds of lists of registered voters, made up of those who have not voted in years have been produced. Why would poll workers create lists like that? Maybe it would explain why so many Democratic districts were hours late in reporting results. Signing the register book to match the number of votes cast when no one was in the area, is time consuming.
5. Then there was the almost ribald hug fest of the soon to be ex-governor of New Jersey as he single highhandedly did more for Obama's re-election chances than the hundreds of millions of dollars the campaign spent on ads destroying Romney.
   Don't be fooled, the rotund one is no political novice, he knew that even a minor kind word or praise from him concerning Obama's well planned performance would make headlines across the fruited plain. So on several occasions, unsolicited, his over sized body and undersized brain waddled up to any microphone he could find and proceeded to destroy any chance America had of avoiding a future with the America hating usurper at the helm.
   And to have gotten leg chills reminiscent of that fool Chris Matthews, to the point of “tearing up” when Springsteen granted him a phone call, was enough to make the entire country join in a collective vomit. If this so called Republican and rock music lover had ever been to a Springsteen concert and heard the lies and trash Bruce Boy spews about Conservatives and Republicans, those tears he so eloquently reported on may well have come from another emotion entirely.
6. Finally and probably the most disturbing reason for “What just happened”, is the fact that after decades of assault and battery on the morals and work ethic of Americans by the repugnant left, and the changing influx of immigrants from those seeking to make America and their lives a better place through hard work and a belief in God, to those seeking only what others have produced. The “takers may well out number the makers”.
   If we have indeed reached that low point, we are destined for points much lower in the ver near future.

We are being asked to believe that Romney got close to three million fewer votes in 2012 than John McCain got in 2008.

That's not possible.

This election is a fraud.

I don't know exactly how - rigging voting machines, hacking tabulation software, whatever. What I do know is that it is totally beyond inevitability and into the realm of ridiculously absurd that Romney actually got any fewer votes than McCain in 2008, much less millions fewer.

I hate going down a conspiracy road, but yes I believe the election was stolen, and the implications of that are very bad. First of all, Obama received 10 million less votes than he did in 2008. The part that is unbelievable is that Romney received 3 million less votes than McCain. At the end of the day, Obama won in the 4 critical swing states by 500,000 votes. But it is worse than that. We can look at who voted.

By examining the number of Independents and their preference shift among actual voters, we know that 5 million Independents changed their votes from Obama to Romney. So Romney started the day 2.5 million votes ahead of where McCain was in 2008.

This means that 5.5 million Republican
voters are not accounted for.

They didn't show up at the polls, or their votes were not counted. We know now that no subgroup of the coalition decided to sit out. So the current attempts to blame the Social Conservatives are stupid. All of our groups showed up to vote at the rates they did in 2008. For this to be true, over 10% of Republicans needed to decide not to vote this year, who did vote in 2008.

Does that make any sense?

In fact, it is even worse, we know for a fact that heavy GOP counties were swamped all day. We watched all day as, e.g., Pasco County Florida was showing huge increases in GOP voters over the 2008 numbers. In Virginia, with 69% of the precincts in, Romney held a 6% lead. Yet once a small number of counties reported, that lead disappeared. If the vote drop off occurred, it occurred in a very small number of counties. It was not visible nationwide. I contend that you can not get a 10% drop off in GOP turnout without it being noticeable during the GOTV effort, measures of enthusiasm in polling, or visibly lower turnout in GOP leaning precincts.

For anyone who doesn't want to think that the Obama campaign would engage in such blatant election fraud, contemplate this.

These are the same people who ran Fast and Furious without regard for the cost in human lives, turned off their credit card verification system to allow fraudulent donations, and allowed four Americans in Libya to die because it was politically inconvenient.
Do you really think that massive election fraud is something they wouldn't do? If this is true, then we have some hard things to consider.

First of all, we are now needlessly fracturing our coalition pointing fingers at people for not voting.

Second, we are making an assumption about the make up of the American public that is not true.

We are going to modify our party and message to appeal to a group of individuals who do not represent the majority of the population.

Most difficult to believe is that we are living in Venezuela where our elections are merely for show, and the people in charge of the Governments decide who will win elections. We become wards of the State, which is the aim of those who stole this election.

So how can this be proved? I am going to start by looking at a few key counties in Florida. What I want to see is the voter registration numbers by party, and then compare them to the actual votes received. Theoretically, if this were to be done for all counties in Florida, we could see where the fraud occurred. Comparing the votes Romney received to the strike lists would show that in specific counties Romney received something like 50% of the Republican vote (picking a number out of the air) while we know that nationwide he received 95% of the Republican vote. To really get to the answer, we would need to get the registration books, which might be possible through Freedom of Information act.
Those show who actually voted, by name, and their party. The media will not pursue this. This will take citizen journalists working in every state.

This letter was sent to TPATH yesterday. It has all the points most of us have been thinking. Let's hope Dave in Florida is successful with his several county analysis.

As we all know the internet is filled with exaggerations and even flat out fabrications and as a result much care needs to be taken when regarding or believing articles. Having said that, can there be any doubt that massive fraud and felonious activity appears to have taken place all across this country?
During the past 20 years I found myself unrepresented having had my town gerrymandered into Holt's bastion of liberalism. Over the years when Holt was not ignoring me he was telling me to "shut up and sit down".

Now that this latest round of redistricting has further encroached upon the Constitution by reinforcing the reality that my old district and my new one will have representatives unanswerable to the people, you are now my Representative and it appears, by way of party affiliation, we are ideologically aligned. But are we?

Having received many "form letter" responses from Holt which clearly indicated he had no intention of even reading of my concerns nor doing anything about them, I now wonder if my new Congressman will represent me differently.

In that vain I wish to pose these several questions to you:

1. Do any of the reports referenced above disturb you?

2. Is it even remotely possible that not one person voted for Romney in over 50 districts in Philadelphia?

3. Will you request a full investigation?

4. Will you pursue felony charges against those responsible for defiling our electoral process and committing felonies?

5. Will you allow this outrageous and flagrant attack on Democracy to go unpunished which will open the door for all future elections to be assaulted as this one clearly has been?

6. Will you do anything to stop the certification of this election until there is a clear accounting of which candidate actually won?

7. Will you not represent your constituents and verify for them, that this election was not a travesty?
All of us know that the US Justice Department is corrupt and not much more than a branch of the Obama political machine and will never lift a finger to protect the integrity of our Constitution or our political process.

There is only one organization of power an authority that can initiate an investigation and work towards proving, one way or another that this election was not stolen. That organization, is the House of Representatives.

Republicans and conservatives have long witnessed spineless representation from those in our leadership. Many, many of us have just about had it. That means there may be a massive exodus from Republican registration if we feel we need to go elsewhere to find the leadership courage required to save our Republic.

The clock is ticking and it does not bode well for either our party or our country. Congress has the power to pass a resolution asking every state Attorney General in states where these outrageous vote percentages have been reported, to refuse certification until a full accounting has been done.

This process may well cause contention, a word our Republican Party has always feared, but that fear of contentiousness should be overwhelmed by the fear of losing our Republic.

Without fair elections, the future is lost. Will you be part of history that allowed that, or will you be the courageous leader who steps up and does what's right?

THE ELIGIBILITY MOVEMENT NEEDS TO DO MORE

The usurpation of the presidency of the United States, the greatest national tragedy and crisis to befall our Nation since the Civil War, is only going to have a solution if the eligibility movement does more.

But first we have to break out addition to the Courts.

Valiant citizens and attorneys have gone to court dozens of times; dozens of times the Courts have refused to hear the case on merits.

The courts no longer believe that its their duty to save the republic. Let the lawyers who still struggle there have our support, but let us not wait for victory there where it is so uncertain.

The Republican and Democratic machines certainly are not going to listen to us, as they are the co-conspirators in the crime.

If we have had 1 small success it is in getting 80% of the American people to known something of the issue, and 50% of the Republicans to be concerned that the Obama might be born overseas.

But that is not the same of imparting to our fellow citizens the absolute conviction of the truth: that Obama is ineligible and therefore a usurper, and hence no law he signs, no appointment he makes, nothing he says or does has more value than Mickey Mouse. (I ask pardon of all the Mickey Mouse fans out there).

I propose, therefore a publicity campaign, and not in Washington, D.C.. Each patriot groups needs to explain, teach, instruct, the average citizen in the facts and history of our Nation, its Constitution, and the objective requirements for the presidency.

Let’s not get carried away with anything else, or concede to Obama victory.

Nor let us think that the victories of Republicans yesterday was some how significant: since the political machines won every race; the third-party candidates lost.

There were no Article II patriot candidates.

If we want the nation to go to pot, we need only do nothing.

And unless we pledge our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor, we shall not save the Nation by an unequal sacrifice.

We are in a great struggle of will and principle: of liberty and constitutional principles against tyranny and Marxist principles. It must be a struggle that consumes us, for righteousness sake, since we stand on the ground of Justice and Eternal Truth looks down upon us and blesses us in this struggle.

3 Million Registered Voters Are Dead, 12 Million More Ineligible

And 98% of them voted for Obama.

Regardless of how lively an election season might be, a new study shows that more 3.3 million voters on current registration rolls across the country are dead.

Another 12.9 million remain on voter registration lists in an area where they no longer live.

The analysis was conducted by the Aristotle International Inc., a technology company specializing in political campaigns, developing software and databases for politicians.

In total that means about 8.9 percent of all registered voters fall under the category of “deadwood” voters on the rolls, the term for voters who should no longer be eligible to vote in a precinct.

Not only does this raise concerns about potential voter fraud, but from the interest of campaign consultants, ineligible or expired voters could lead to a waste of resources, said John Aristotle Phillips, CEO of Aristotle.

“Some states have bigger problems than others,” Phillips said. “With deadwood exceeding one in seven votes in some counties, candidates might as well spend a day a week campaigning in the cemetery.”

Among the findings, the study showed that states with the most “deadwood” voters were Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Washington, West Virginia and Wyoming.

In Massachusetts, 116,483 registered voters are dead, 3.38 percent of the state’s total of registered voters. Another 538,567, or 15.6 percent, had moved to an area outside of where they are registered to vote.

In New Hampshire, there are 18,816 dead people on the voter registration rolls, or 2.5 percent of the total registered voters. There are 105,472 voters that have moved outside of the area where they are registered to vote.

The analysis showed that Washington State had 27,267 dead voters who were still registered, just 0.7 percent of the total number of registered voters. Another 332,510 had moved out of the area they are registered to vote in, or 8.73 percent of the total registered voters.

West Virginia had 72,717 dead voters on the registration rolls, or 6.74 percent of the total registered voters in the state. Another 141,352 voters had moved, or 13 percent.

In Wyoming, 7,723 registered voters (3.68 percent) are dead, while 45,547 (21.69 percent) had moved.

The state with the fewest problems percentage wise is North Carolina. There, 3.5 percent of registered voters are dead – 216,036. Meanwhile, 30,888 had moved out of the designated voting area, or about 0.5 percent.

Nationally, 1.87 percent of registered voters are dead, while 7.2 percent of voters do not live where they are registered.

“Deadwood on voters rolls complicates the electoral process and can cause problems like fraud and vote miscounts,” Phillips said. “It always creates a perception of low voter turnout. It gets down to this: by depressing turnout, dead voters make the rest of us look bad.”
